Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de un antibiótico a- lactámico en el que un núcleo de a-lactama se somete a una reacción de acilación enzimática con la ayuda de un agente de acilación, en una relación molar de agente de acilación/núcleo de a-lactama menor que 2, 5, caracterizado porque el agente de acilación y/o el núcleo de a-lactama se halla o hallan sobresaturados en la mezcla de reacción durante, como mínimo, parte de la reacción de acilación.
