Abstract

Programa que utiliza un procedimiento electrónico de exploración de documento legal no clasificado para fines de citaciones. Las citaciones se examinan y se normalizan. Un programa de software de equiparamiento permite comparar las citaciones examinadas y normalizadas con las citaciones de referencia situadas en el fichero de control de equiparamientos. Por cada equiparamiento efectivo, cada nueva clasificación con la que la citación de referencia ha sido asociada se registra en memoria con una marca numérica de clasificación inicial de cero, y los resultados anteriores de clasificación se incrementan en dicha marca de clasificación. Unas reglas heurísticas simples basadas en los conocimientos y en la experiencia de los letrados se utilizan para incrementar las marcas de clasificación basadas en las citaciones de referencia equiparadas. Después de que todas las citaciones se han comparado con las citaciones de referencia, todas las marcas de clasificación se comparan con un valor de umbral.Si la marca de clasificación de una clasificación particular es mayor o igual que el valor de umbral, el sistema introduce en el documento legal, por medio de un programa de escritura, una clave de clasificación y una clave jerárquica de documento asociada a la clasificación.
