Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un estabilizador de tensión de devanado de hilo capaz de devanar de manera estable un hilo a partir de varios tipos de filetas de alimentación en formas como bobinas de queso y conos, para hacer frente efectivamente a ciertos inconvenientes como el deslizamiento de capas enrolladas sobre una fileta de alimentación y el deslizamiento de bucles de hilos de la fileta a rzón del inflado de un hilo no enrollado y así sucesivamente. La invención se refiere también a un aparato de estabilización de tensión de devanado de hilo destinado a una nasa de urdimbre, siendo este aparato capaz de fijar fácilmente estos estabilizadores sobre las múltiples filetas de alimentación suspendidas en la nasa de urdimbre. Se monta el estabilizador de tensión (3) disponiendo varios materiales de cableado elástico (2) sobre la abertura (10) del elemento de soporte (1) para que estos materiales formen una curva cóncava hacia el centro de la abertura y se superpongan. Se monta el marco sobre el cual se alinean los múltiples estabilizadores en hileras para que sea un todo horizontalmente móvil.
