Abstract

Un envase de cartón encajable (1), que tiene una pared interior (2) que se estrecha cónicamente dirigida hacia abajo y una pared exterior (7) que se estrecha cónicamente dirigida hacia abajo, estando unidas dichas paredes en el reborde superior del envase, apoyándose dicha pared exterior (7) en su extremo inferior contra la superficie exterior de la pared interior (2) con un borde girado hacia dentro (8) para formar un intersticio de aire entre dichas paredes, estando localizado el borde girado hacia dentro (8) a una distancia por encima del reborde inferior del envase, teniendo la pared interior (2) un pliegue que se proyecta hacia dentro (4) que se extiende en la dirección circunferencial, estando localizado dicho pliegue por encima del fondo del envase formando así un apoyo para el borde girado hacia dentro (8) de un encaje adicional del envase, estando el dispositivo del borde girado hacia dentro (8) y el pliegue que se extiende hacia dentro (4) de manera que, en el estado encajado, elenvase encajado interior se mantiene en posición en el envase exterior sin hacer que la pared exterior (7) del envase interior se adhiera a la superficie interior (3) de la pared interior (2) del envase exterior.

Description

Envase de cartón para bebidas y su procedimiento.
La presente invención se refiere a un envase de cartón de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1 y, más precisamente, a un envase de cartón que tiene una pared de cartón laminado para permitir el agarre del mismo cuando se contienen dentro bebidas calientes, y a un proceso para la fabricación de un envase de cartón de este tipo.
Son ya conocidos varios tipos de envases para bebidas calientes, hechos típicamente de materiales adecuados como cartón laminado, PET, poliestireno en espuma, que son apilables para la venta posterior de los mismos.
El problema con los envases de poliestireno, de plástico, y también de cartón, resulta del hecho que estos son propensos a adherirse durante el almacenamiento apilado de los mismos.
Para los envases de plástico o de poliestireno, se han adoptado varias soluciones que consisten en obtener de ellos, durante la formación del molde de los mismos, miembros de proyección aptos para proporcionar un soporte a los mismos durante su estado de apilamiento, evitando así la interferencia entre las paredes de un primer envase cuando está apilado en un segundo envase subyacente respectivo.
En el caso de los envases de cartón laminados, está previsto que la pared del envase se realice con dos capas de cartón, intercaladas por una cinta apta para formar un intersticio de aire. Por lo tanto, se consigue un efecto aislante en la pared. Sin embargo, un problema de envases de este tipo se encuentra, dada la estructura de la pared y la configuración geométrica de la misma, en su predisposición marcada a adherirse cuando se almacenan de forma apilada.
Un envase conocido a partir de EP 10 31 514 tiene una nervadura circunferencial, que se proyecta hacia dentro que sirve para mantener las paredes interior y exterior adyacentes de dos envases encajados a una distancia.
Un envase de pared doble conocido a partir del documento US 5.542.599 A tiene una nervadura circunferencial que se proyecta hacia dentro a lo largo de toda la extensión de la pared del envase interior. Dos envases encajados son adheridos debido al contacto intimo entre la parte cónica inferior de la pared exterior del envase interior y la parte de pared cónica interior del envase exterior.
El contacto íntimo dificulta de manera significativa la separación de los envases encajados.
Un envase encajable de pared doble conocido del documento GB 261 532 A, que representa la técnica anterior más próxima tiene un saliente circunferencial que se extiende hacia dentro en la pared del envase interior. La pared de fondo del envase interior de dos envases encajados se apoya sobre el saliente del envase exterior. La estructura de pared doble del envase se extiende dentro del fondo del envase de pared doble. Dos envases encajados cuyo envase interior está sentado sobre el saliente del envase exterior con la pared del envase exterior del envase interior que está en contacto íntimo con la pared interior del envase exterior de manera que ambos envases se adhieren fácilmente entre sí. Esto dificulta la separación fácil de los envases. La distancia de encaje vertical entre los fondos de los envases encajados es relativamente grande puesto que el fondo del envase interior no puede moverse más allá del saliente del envase exterior. Esto da lugar a una altura de almacenamiento de pared superior no deseada de una pluralidad de envases encajados y de costes de transporte altos.
Por lo tanto, el objeto de la presente invención es superar los problemas mencionados anteriormente proporcionando un envase de cartón con paredes laminadas que son aptas para ser apiladas y no ser propensas a adherirse sobre otro envase cuando está en la condición apilada.
Dicho objeto se consigue por las características de la reivindicación 1.
La reivindicación 2 se refiere a un proceso preferido para la fabricación de envases de cartón.
Por tanto, de acuerdo con la presente invención se proporciona un envase de cartón para bebidas calientes, que tiene una pared perimétrica y una pared de fondo, caracterizado porque comprende adicionalmente medios para el soporte del mismo cuando se dispone de forma apilada en un envase respectivo.
El envase de la presente invención se ilustrará mejor a continuación por una descripción detallada de una forma de realización preferida del mismo, dada por medio de ejemplo y no para propósitos limitativos, haciendo referencia a los dibujos adjuntos, donde:
La figura 1 es una vista plana de un corte para la realización del envase de la presente invención.
La figura 2 es una vista en perspectiva esquemática, que ilustra parcialmente un proceso para la fabricación del envase de la presente invención.
La figura 3 es una vista en alzado y parcialmente en sección que ilustra el envase de la presente invención en una condición apilada.
Con referencia ahora a la figura 1, se ilustra un corte 1 apto para realizar dicho envase una vez montado, que tiene una superficie exterior 2 y una superficie interior 3 (no mostrada en la figura). De acuerdo con un primer proceso de la presente invención, está previsto que se obtenga sobre la superficie 2 un pliegue 4, apto para proyectarse internamente al envase una vez montado (mejor ilustrado a continuación).
Con referencia a la figura 2, se ilustra un proceso alternativo para la fabricación del envase de la presente invención. Por motivo de simplicidad algunas partes serán indicadas por los mismos números de referencia.
De acuerdo con un proceso alternativo de este tipo, está previsto que el envase se forme con un corte 1 no plegado, disponiendo el primero sobre un miembro 5 de soporte giratorio de formación. El miembro de soporte giratorio 5 tiene en su superficie una muesca perimétrica apta para formar un pliegue respectivo 4 sobre la superficie exterior 2 del envase 1 cuando el miembro de soporte 5 se acopla de forma giratoria a una moleta complementaria 6.
Se ha especificado aquí que el aparato completo y los medios relacionados para el accionamiento del miembro 5 y la moleta 6 no están representados en la figura, como está comprendido ya en el estado de la técnica y, por lo tanto no forman parte del alcance de la invención de la presente invención.
Haciendo referencia ahora a la figura 3, se ilustra en una sección parcial una forma de realización del envase 1 fabricado con el proceso de la presente invención. De acuerdo con la presente forma de realización del envase, el último está provisto con una pared laminada donde está prevista una segunda pared exterior 7 dispuesta fijamente sobre el envase 1 con una etapa de formación respectiva ya conocida por el estado de la técnica. Este dispositivo permite la fabricación de un envase 1 apto para proporcionar un efecto de aislamiento sobre la pared 7 y 2 en virtud de la presencia de un intersticio de aire, de ahí que sea particularmente adecuado para bebidas calientes.
Como es evidente a partir de la figura, la formación de un pliegue 4 permite una capacidad de apilamiento perfecta de un envase 1 con respecto a otro idéntico en virtud del hecho de que el borde perimétrico 8 de la segunda pared exterior 7 es apto para apoyarse sobre el pliegue 4 cuando el envase 1 es insertado en otro envase 1. El dispositivo de pliegue 4 permite prevenir que el envase 1, una vez insertado dentro de otro envase 1, se adhiera sobre las paredes exteriores del último. De hecho, en virtud del soporte proporcionado por el pliegue 4 a la pared exterior 7, el envase 1 se mantiene, por lo tanto, en su posición sin hacer que la pared exterior 7 del mismo se adhiera sobre la pared interior 3 de un envase subyacente respectivo 1, evitando así una adhesión del mismo.
Se ha indicado que la presente invención es aplicable también a envases que tienen una pared plana individual 2 donde se evita el contacto por interferencia del pliegue 4 sobre la pared exterior 2 de un envase respectivo 1 en la condición apilada.

Claims (2)

1. Un envase de cartón encajable (1), que tiene una pared interior (2) que se estrecha cónicamente dirigida hacia abajo y una pared exterior (7) que se estrecha cónicamente dirigida hacia abajo, estando unidas dichas paredes en el reborde superior del envase, apoyándose dicha pared exterior (7) en su extremo inferior contra la superficie exterior de la pared interior (2) con un borde girado hacia dentro (8) para formar un intersticio de aire entre dichas paredes, estando localizado el borde girado hacia dentro (8) a una distancia por encima del reborde inferior del envase, teniendo la pared interior (2) un pliegue que se proyecta hacia dentro (4) que se extiende en la dirección circunferencial, estando localizado dicho pliegue por encima del fondo del envase formando así un apoyo para el borde girado hacia dentro (8) de un encaje adicional del envase, estando el dispositivo del borde girado hacia dentro (8) y el pliegue que se extiende hacia dentro (4) de manera que, en el estado encajado, el envase encajado interior se mantiene en posición en el envase exterior sin hacer que la pared exterior (7) del envase interior se adhiera a la superficie interior (3) de la pared interior (2) del envase exterior.
2. Un proceso para la fabricación de un envase de cartón (1) de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, que comprende las siguientes etapas:
- proporcionar un corte (1),
- disponer dicho corte (1) en un miembro de soporte giratorio (5) que tiene una muesca perimétrica y apto para formar una pared interior (2) de dicho envase de cartón (1),
- formar un pliegue que se proyecta hacia dentro perimétrico (4) distante de un reborde de fondo de dicha pared interior del envase (2) con una moleta complementaria relacionada (6) apta para cooperar con dicha muesca perimétrica de dicho miembro de soporte giratorio (5),
- fijar una pared exterior (7) sobre el lado exterior de dicha pared interior del envase (2) con un intersticio de aire formado entre ambas paredes (2, 7), teniendo la pared exterior un borde inferior girado hacia dentro (8) situado más cerca de dicho reborde inferior de pared interior que dicho pliegue (4), estando localizado dicho borde inferior girado hacia dentro (8) a una distancia por encima del reborde inferior del envase.
