Abstract
Caja de cartón para artículos, dispuestos en al menos dos capas, teniendo la caja un panel superior, un panel base, un par de paneles laterales dispuestos enfrentados, un par de disposiciones de paneles extremos dispuestas enfrentadas y un tabique divisor dispuesto entre las capas adyacentes de artículos y estando fijo en relación con la disposición del panel extremo en un extremo, teniendo uno de los mencionados paneles laterales una parte extraíble adyacente al mencionado extremo al objeto de definir, por medio de líneas primarias de debilitamiento, una abertura de vaciado para la extracción de artículos cuando la caja está de pie sobre dicha disposición del panel extremo, cuya parte extraíble tiene extensiones que se extienden a los paneles superiores y de base, en las que se extiende una línea secundaria de debilitamiento desde cada una de las extensiones hasta el borde del extremo adyacente, respectivamente de los paneles superior y de base.
Claims (14)
1. Caja de cartón para artículos, dispuestos en
al menos dos capas, teniendo la caja un panel superior, un panel
base, un par de paneles laterales dispuestos enfrentados, un par de
disposiciones de paneles extremos dispuestas enfrentadas y un
tabique divisor dispuesto entre las capas adyacentes de artículos y
estando fijo en relación con la disposición del panel extremo en un
extremo, teniendo uno de los mencionados paneles laterales una
parte extraíble adyacente al mencionado extremo al objeto de
definir, por medio de líneas primarias de debilitamiento, una
abertura de vaciado para la extracción de artículos cuando la caja
está de pie sobre dicha disposición del panel extremo, cuya parte
extraíble tiene extensiones que se extienden a los paneles
superiores y de base, en las que se extiende una línea secundaria
de debilitamiento desde cada una de las extensiones hasta el borde
del extremo adyacente, respectivamente de los paneles superior y de
base.
2. Caja, según la reivindicación 1, en la que
cada disposición de paneles extremos incorpora un par de aletas
principales extremas, dispuestas enfrentadas, conectadas de forma
articulada a los paneles superior y de base respectivamente.
3. Caja, según la reivindicación 2, en la que
el inicio de cada línea secundaria de debilitamiento adyacente a la
extensión, está más próximo al borde lateral que el final de la
línea de debilitamiento en el borde extremo.
4. Caja, según la reivindicación 3, en la que
cada línea secundaria de debilitamiento tiene forma
serpenteante.
5. Caja, según la reivindicación 3 o la
reivindicación 4, en la que la línea secundaria de debilitamiento
continúa en la aleta principal extrema adyacente.
6. Caja, según la reivindicación 5, en la que
la continuación de cada línea secundaria de debilitamiento está
inclinada hacia atrás hacia el borde lateral, y termina en un corte
transversal en forma de T.
7. Caja, según la reivindicación 6, en la que
la parte vertical del corte en forma de T es en general paralela al
borde lateral, y la parte transversal del corte en forma de T es en
general paralela al borde extremo.
8. Caja, según cualquiera de las
reivindicaciones 1 a 7, en la que cada línea secundaria de
debilitamiento comprende un corte que tiene un cierto número de
puentes de retención rompibles.
9. Caja, según cualquiera de las
reivindicaciones 1 a 8, en la que el tabique de separación está fijo
en relación con la otra disposición del panel extremo.
10. Caja, según cualquiera de las
reivindicaciones 1 a 9, en la que el tabique de separación tiene un
panel encolado y plegado hacia abajo, en el extremo o extremos
fijos.
11. Caja, según cualquiera de las
reivindicaciones 1 a 10, en la que la aleta del extremo superior
está finalmente plegada hacia abajo, y fija de forma adhesiva a
todas sus aletas extremas asociadas, de su disposición asociada del
panel extremo, y al panel asociado encolado y plegado hacia
abajo.
12. Caja, según la reivindicación 11, en la que
una sola línea recta de adhesivo realiza dicha fijación adhesiva de
la aleta extrema superior, a las demás aletas extremas y al panel
encolado.
13. Caja, según la reivindicación 12, en la que
la aleta base del extremo tiene una zona central saliente, de tal
forma que la línea recta de adhesivo está dispuesta a su vez en una
de las aletas laterales extremas, en el panel de encolado, en la
zona central de las aletas extremas de la base, en el panel
encolado y en la otra aleta lateral extrema.
14. Caja, según cualquiera de las
reivindicaciones 1 a 13, en la que el panel superior, el panel
base, dos paneles de la disposición de paneles laterales y dos
paneles de la disposición de paneles extremos, son sustancialmente
rectangulares.
