Abstract
Método para fabricar paneles para suelo, según el cual tales paneles para suelo (1) son del tipo que incluye al menos un sustrato (13), así como una capa decorativa (10) y una capa superior (11) hechas de material sintético (12) caracterizado porque los paneles para suelo (1), o al menos los tableros (33) de los que están hechos los paneles para suelo (1) son provistos de un relieve final en al menos dos tratamientos de prensado, es decir, un primer tratamiento de prensado en el que se realiza un relieve en la superficie de los paneles para suelo (1) o tableros (33) que sustancialmente consiste en relieves (29) sustancialmente de forma exclusiva a lo largo de la capa superior (11) del material sintético (12), y un segundo tratamiento de prensado en el que posteriormente se hacen porciones en relieve (19-20) en los paneles para suelo (1) o tableros (33), los cuales continúan en el sustrato antes mencionado (13).
Claims (15)
1. Método para fabricar paneles para suelo,
según el cual tales paneles para suelo (1) son del tipo que incluye
al menos un sustrato (13), así como una capa decorativa (10) y una
capa superior (11) hechas de material sintético (12)
caracterizado porque los paneles para suelo (1), o al menos
los tableros (33) de los que están hechos los paneles para suelo (1)
son provistos de un relieve final en al menos dos tratamientos de
prensado, es decir, un primer tratamiento de prensado en el que se
realiza un relieve en la superficie de los paneles para suelo (1) o
tableros (33) que sustancialmente consiste en relieves (29)
sustancialmente de forma exclusiva a lo largo de la capa superior
(11) del material sintético (12), y un segundo tratamiento de
prensado en el que posteriormente se hacen porciones en relieve
(19-20) en los paneles para suelo (1) o tableros
(33), los cuales continúan en el sustrato antes mencionado (13).
2. Método de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1,
caracterizado porque se aplica para la fabricación de paneles
para suelo (1) del tipo DPL y que durante el primer tratamiento de
prensado se prensa la capa superior (11) en el sustrato (13).
3. Método de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1
ó 2, caracterizado porque los paneles para suelo (1), en
concreto los tableros (33) de los que están hechos los paneles para
suelo (1) se suministran en caliente para el segundo tratamiento de
prensado, ya sea porque siguen calientes del primer tratamiento de
prensado, o porque son recalentados.
4. Método de acuerdo con cualquiera de las
reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque dichas
porciones estampadas en relieve posteriormente
(19-20) incluyen porciones estampadas en relieve
(20) que están previstas para formar una porción de borde inclinado
(22).
5. Método de acuerdo con la reivindicación 4,
caracterizado porque dicha porción de borde inclinado (22)
tiene una inclinación respecto al plano del panel para suelo (1)
menor de 10 grados e incluso mejor menor de 5 grados.
6. Método de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 4
ó 5, caracterizado porque la forma y/o el ángulo de la
porción de borde inclinado (22), vista en corte transversal al borde
respectivo, varía en función de la dirección longitudinal del borde
respectivo.
7. Método de acuerdo con la reivindicación 6,
caracterizado porque varía en función de la dirección
longitudinal al menos en el lugar donde la misma superficie superior
del panel para suelo (1) se fusiona con la porción inclinada.
8. Método de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 3
a 7, caracterizado porque el método se usa para fabricar
paneles para suelo oblongos y porque se aplican dichas porciones de
borde inclinado al menos en los bordes longitudinales opuestos de
dichos paneles para suelo.
9. Método de acuerdo con cualquiera de las
reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque el
sustrato (13), en el lugar de dichas porciones estampadas en relieve
posteriormente (19-20), está estampado en relieve de
al menos 0,4 milímetros.
10. Método de acuerdo con cualquiera de las
reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque el
sustrato antes mencionado (13) consiste en MDF o HDF.
11. Método de acuerdo con la reivindicación 10,
caracterizado porque el método incluye un paso en el que se
eliminan de dicho sustrato las capas duras de la superficie de la
parte inferior y/o de la superior del sustrato.
12. Método de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones
10 ó 11, caracterizado porque el método se usa para fabricar
paneles para suelo (1), en el que el núcleo completo consiste en una
plancha de MDF/HDF que cumple la función del sustrato antes
mencionado (13); que en el caso de que dichas porciones estampadas
(19-20) sean sólo locales, mientras que la plancha,
aparte de las porciones estampadas (19-20), es
compactada sólo un poco o nada respecto a su grosor original, y que
el grosor de la posible compactación es menor al 1%.
13. Método de acuerdo con cualquiera de las
reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque el método
se usa para fabricar paneles para suelo (1) que tienen una capa
superior (11) con un grosor total menor de 0,2 milímetros.
14. Método de acuerdo con cualquiera de las
reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque dicha capa
superior (11) está hecha a base de una resina termoestable.
15. Método de acuerdo con cualquiera de las
reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque la
diferencia de altura entre la parte superior del panel para suelo
(1) sin estampar y el punto más profundo de las porciones estampadas
(19-20) es menor de 1,5 milímetros.
