Abstract

Un compuesto de la fórmula general (I): **(Ver fórmula)** en la que X1 es arilo o heteroarilo, cada uno de los cuales está opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más sustituyentes seleccionados de - halógeno, hidroxi, ciano, amino o carboxi; o - alquilo C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-6, alquenilo C2-6, alquinilo C2-6, aralquilo, heteroaralquilo, alcoxi C1-6, cicloalcoxi C3-6, ariloxi, aralcoxi, heteroaralcoxi, alquil C1-6 tio, ariltio, cicloalquil C3-6 tio, alquil C1-6 carbonilo, arilcarbonilo, alquil C1-6 sulfonilo, alquil C1-6 sulfoniloxi, arilsulfonilo, arilsulfoniloxi, alquil C1-6 amido, arilamido, alquil C1-6 aminocarbonilo, alquil C1-6 amino, dialquil C1-6 amino o cicloalquil C3-6 amino, cada uno de los cuales está opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más halógenos; y X2 es arilo o heteroarilo, cada uno de los cuales está opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más sustituyentes seleccionados de - halógeno, hidroxi, ciano, amino o carboxi; o - alquilo C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-6, alquenilo C2-6, alquinilo C2-6, aralquilo, heteroaralquilo, alcoxi C1-6, cicloalcoxi C3-6, ariloxi, aralcoxi, heteroaralcoxi, alquil C1-6 tio, ariltio, cicloalquil C3-6 tio, alquil C1-6 carbonilo, arilcarbonilo, alquil C1-6 sulfonilo, alquil C1-6 sulfoniloxi, arilsulfonilo, arilsulfoniloxi, alquil C1-6 amido, arilamido, alquil C1-6 aminocarbonilo, alquil C1-6 amino, dialquil C1-6 amino o cicloalquil C3-6 amino, cada uno de los cuales está opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más halógenos; y Ar es arileno que está opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más sustituyentes seleccionados de - halógeno, hidroxi o ciano; o - alquilo C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-6, alquenilo C2-6, alquinilo C2-6, arilo, heteroarilo, aralquilo, heteroaralquilo, alcoxi C1-6, cicloalcoxi C3-6, ariloxi, aralcoxi, heteroaralcoxi, alquil C1-6 tio, ariltio o cicloalquil C3-6 tio, cada uno de los cuales está opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más halógenos; y Y1 es O o S; y Y2 es O o S; y Z es -(CH2)n- en el que n es 1, 2 ó 3; y R1 es hidrógeno, halógeno o un sustituyente seleccionado de - alquilo C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-6, alquenilo C2-6, alquinilo C2-6, aralquilo, heteroaralquilo, alcoxi C1-6, cicloalcoxi C3-6, ariloxi, aralcoxi, heteroaralcoxi, alquil C1-6 tio, ariltio o cicloalquil C3-6 tio, cada uno de los cuales está opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más halógenos; y R2 es hidrógeno, alquilo C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-6, alquenilo C2-6, alquinilo C2-6, alqueninilo C4-6 o arilo; o una de sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables, o uno de sus solvatos farmacéuticamente aceptables, o cualquier forma tautomérica, estereoisómeros, mezcla de estereoisómeros, incluida una mezcla racémica o polimorfos.
