Abstract
1. Una placa de ensayo "in vitro" para la diagnosis de tumores malignos, preferentemente en el ser humano, destinada a ser utilizada en un procedimiento de ensayo en el que se determina la modificación de movilidad de componentes sanguíneos, celulares puesto en contacto con un factor de inhibición de migración (FIM), segregándose el FIM de linfocitos sensibilizados contra los tejidos del tumor , caracterizada porque consiste en una placa de soporte plana o cubeta (10) de material inerte (por ejemplo, vidrio) sobre la que se aplica una capa de agar solidificado de un espesor de 2-5 mm., encontrándose entre la laca de soporte o cubeta (10) y la capa de agar una capa capilar de migración de un grosor de 1-20 {mi}m, y porque la capa de agar presenta al menos dos agujeros punzonados (11) esencialmente circulares, con un diámetro entre 0,5 y 5mm., preferentemente 2,5 mm., migrando en la capa de migración, como parte de una suspensión de leucocitos, los linfocitos a examinar, que habían sido puestos en contacto con un antígeno activador de la formación del FIM e incubados a continuación, y pudiendose inhibir y fijar, al cabo de un período de tiempo determinado, la migración de los leucocitos en la capa de migración junto con la capa de agar 2.Placa de ensayo, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque los agujeros punzonados están cortados de tal forma que la uniformidad de la capa capilar de migración está dada también en la zona de paso del agujero punzonado a la capa capilar. 3.Un placa de ensayo "in vitro" para la diagnosis de tumores malignos.
