Abstract
El uso de un agente de expansión, que comprende: (a) al menos un fluoroalqueno de fórmula I: XCF2R3-z (I) en que X es un radical C1, C2, C3, C4 o C5 insaturado, sustituido o no sustituido, cada uno de R esindependientemente Cl, F, Br, I o H, y z es 1 a 3, con la condición de que si Br está presente en el compuesto,entonces el compuesto no incluye hidrógeno, para una espuma termoestable.
Claims (9)
- REIVINDICACIONES5 1.-El uso de un agente de expansión, que comprende:(a) al menos un fluoroalqueno de fórmula I:XCF2R3-z (I)10 en que X es un radical C1, C2, C3, C4 o C5 insaturado, sustituido o no sustituido, cada uno de R es independientemente Cl, F, Br, I o H, y z es 1 a 3, con la condición de que si Br está presente en el compuesto, entonces el compuesto no incluye hidrógeno, para una espuma termoestable.15 2.- El uso de la reivindicación 1, en donde dicho al menos un fluoroalqueno es un compuesto de fórmula (II):en que cada uno de R es independientemente Cl, F, Br I o H R’ es (CR2)nY, Y es CRF220 y n es 0 ó 1.
- 3.-El uso de la reivindicación 2, en donde dicho compuesto comprende HFCO-1233.
- 4.-El uso de la reivindicación 3, en donde dicho HFCO-1233 comprende HFCO-1233zd o HFO-1233xf, 25 preferiblemente en donde dicho HFCO-1233zd comprende cisHFCO-1233zd y/o transHFCO-1233zd.
- 5.-El uso de cualquier reivindicación precedente, en donde el agente de expansión comprende, además, al menos un adyuvante seleccionado del grupo que consiste en agente o agentes de co-expansión, tensioactivo o tensioactivos, modificador o modificadores de polímeros, agente o agentes de refuerzo, colorante o colorantes,30 tinte o tintes, potenciador o potenciadores de la solubilidad, modificador o modificadores de la reología, agente o agentes plastificantes, supresor o supresores de inflamabilidad, agente o agentes antibacterianos, modificador o modificadores de la reducción de la viscosidad, carga o cargas, modificador o modificadores de la presión de vapor, agente o agentes nucleantes, catalizador o catalizadores y combinación de cualquiera de dos o más de éstos.35 6.- El uso de la reivindicación 5, en donde dicho al menos un agente de co-expansión comprende uno o más hidrocarburos C3-C6, preferiblemente seleccionados del grupo que consiste en isopentano, pentano normal, ciclopentano, butano e isobutano, y combinaciones de dos o más de éstos, y/o en donde dicho al menos un agente de co-expansión comprende uno o más HFCs C1-C4, preferiblemente seleccionados del grupo que consiste en40 difluorometano (HFC-32), fluoroetano (HFC-161), difluoroetano (HFC-152), trifluoroetano (HFC-143), tetrafluoroetano (HFC-134), pentafluoroetano (HFC-125), pentafluoropropano (HFC-245), hexafluoropropano (HFC236), heptafluoropropano (HFC-227ea), pentafluorobutano (HFC-365), hexafluorobutano (HFC-356), todos los isómeros de todos éstos, y combinaciones de dos o más de éstos, y/o en donde dicho al menos un agente de coexpansión se selecciona del grupo que consiste en agua, CO2, CFCs, HCCs, HCFCs, alcoholes C1-C5, aldehídos45 C1-C4, cetonas C1-C4, éteres C1-C4, formiato de metilo, un segundo fluoroalqueno de fórmula (I) y combinaciones de dos o más de éstos.
- 7.- El uso de cualquier reivindicación precedente, en donde dicho al menos un compuesto de Fórmula I está presente en la composición en cantidades de al menos aproximadamente 5% en peso del agente de expansión.50 8.- Una composición susceptible de formar espuma que comprende un agente formador de espuma que comprende al menos un componente de espuma termoestable y un agente de expansión según se define en cualquier reivindicación precedente, preferiblemente en donde la composición de espuma termoestable comprendeal menos una composición capaz de formar una espuma de poliuretano, una espuma de poliisocianurato o una espuma fenólica.
- 9.- Una composición de pre-mezcla de espuma que comprende poliol y un agente de expansión según se define en 5 cualquier reivindicación precedente.
- 10.- Un método para formar una espuma termoestable, que comprende añadir a una composición susceptible de formar espuma y/o de formación de espuma un agente de expansión según se define en cualquier reivindicación precedente.10 11.- Un método para formar una espuma de poliuretano o poliisocianurato, que comprende combinar un isocianato, un poliol o mezcla de polioles y una composición de agente de expansión según se define en cualquier reivindicación precedente y otros materiales tales como catalizadores, tensioactivos, ignifugantes, colorantes u otros aditivos.15 12.- Una composición de pre-mezcla, que comprende
- (a)
- un primer componente que comprende un isocianato; y
- (b)
- un segundo componente que comprende un poliol o una mezcla de polioles, un tensioactivo, un catalizador, un ignifugante y un agente de expansión según se define en cualquier reivindicación precedente.
20 13.- Un método para formar una espuma de poliuretano o una espuma de poliisocianurato, mezclando el primer y segundo componentes según se define en la reivindicación 12. - 14.- Un método para formar una espuma de un componente, preferiblemente una espuma de poliuretano que 25 contiene un agente de expansión según se define en cualquier reivindicación precedente.
- 15.- Un método para la producción de una espuma termoestable según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 10, 11, 12, 13 ó 14, en donde el agente de expansión comprende iso-pentano, pentano normal y/o ciclopentano.30 16.- Una espuma termoestable que comprende una pluralidad de celdillas poliméricas y una composición contenida en al menos una de dichas celdillas, comprendiendo dicha composición:(a) al menos un agente de expansión según se define en cualquier reivindicación precedente, preferiblemente en donde la espuma se selecciona de espuma de poliuretano, poliisocianurato y fenólica, en donde la espuma está preferiblemente en forma de uno o más de un bloque, un plancha, un estratificado, un panel preparado in situ, una35 espuma aplicada por pulverización, una espuma rígida, una espuma de celdillas abiertas, una espuma de celdillas cerradas, una espuma flexible, una espuma de piel integral, una espuma para frigoríficos, una espuma para paneles, una espuma para frigoríficos/congeladores y una espuma para congeladores.
