Abstract

Congelación rápida de cubitos de hielo comprendiendo método, dispositivo, producto y usos.#Consistente en un método de congelación rápida de cubitos de hielo por dosificación superior y congelación por contacto, produciendo el cubito en unos 7 minutos con un consumo de agua igual al volumen de los cubitos, no malgastando por consiguiente ni una gota de agua. Un condensador y un compresor convencionales, almacenan frío en un almacén donde se mantiene el frío producido a una temperatura constante de -30°C. y un gel que absorbe el frío del medio es bombeado hasta llegar a la cubitera, donde recorre los espacios que separan las cubetas en los que se forman los cubitos, para a continuación retornar por conducto descendente al almacén de frío continuando el ciclo y una serie de dosificadores dosifican el agua necesaria en las cubetas donde se inicia un proceso de congelación por contacto.
