Abstract

Un método para diagnosticar un melanoma en un sujeto, comprendiendo el método las etapas de: (a) poner en contacto una muestra biológica del sujeto con anticuerpos que se unen específicamente a un panel de marcadores que comprenden los polipéptidos RGS1, ARPC2, Fibronectina 1 (FN1), osteopontina (SSP1) y Wnt-2; y (b) determinar si cada marcador seleccionado se sobre-expresa o no en la muestra; proporcionando de esta manera un diagnóstico de melanoma en el sujeto.
