Abstract
Aparato de formación de una dilución acuosa o una solución acuosa de un material en partículas, soluble en agua o hinchable en agua, en el que el material es un polímero soluble en agua o hinchable en agua con un tamaño de partícula promediado ponderado no superior a 2000 micrómetros, que comprende: una unidad de acondicionamiento (18), una línea de transporte de espiral (6) que comprende un conducto (6A) definido por una pared y un transportador de espiral (6B) dentro del citado conducto, en la que la línea de transporte de espiral tiene una entrada (6D) a través de la cual el material entra y una salida (6C) a través de la cual el material sale de la línea de transporte de espiral y una línea de transporte de aire (3) que comprende un conducto a través del cual una corriente de aire transporta el material a la unidad de acondicionamiento (18), en la que el material se hidrata o se disuelve para formar una dilución acuosa o una solución acuosa, que se caracteriza porque la línea de transporte de aire está provista de una presión de aire de al menos 20 mbar, y porque la línea de transporte de espiral (6) está provista de un medio para asegurar que el material llene sustancialmente el espacio entre el transportador de espiral y la pared del conducto, al menos en el extremo de salida de la línea de transporte, en el que el medio se selecciona de, (a) la línea de transporte de espiral (6) o la salida (6C) esté en comunicación con un elemento que restringe el flujo de material desde la salida, y / o (b) la línea de transporte de espiral (6) esté montada en un gradiente o con una orientación sustancialmente vertical, de tal manera que la salida (6C) esté situada más alta que la entrada (6D).
