Abstract
Una composición de calentamiento de liberación controlada, bucal, que comprende: a) un agente de calentamiento; y b) un polímero de calidad alimentaria hidratado que forma una matriz no particulada con dicho agente de calentamiento, en el que el polímero de calidad alimentaria hidratado comprende pectina tal que la pectina está presente en una cantidad de 0,2-0,4% en peso de la composición.
