Abstract

Un sustrato para medir la actividad de una enzima desubiquitinante (DUB), que comprende una molécula de diubiquitina, en donde la ubiquitina C-terminal de la molécula de diubiquitina se marca con un marcador fluorescente, y en donde la Gly76 de dicha diubiquitina C-terminal se sustituye con una secuencia para incorporar el marcador fluorescente.
