Abstract

Módulo prefabricado para construcción y edificación modular asociada.#Permite maximizar la finalización en taller de las tareas de construcción del edificio, reduciendo al mínimo los trabajos a realizar en el punto final de destino, siendo además el módulo de la invención fácilmente transportable y manejable, apto para el transporte marítimo, sin necesidad de emplear contenedores ISO normalizados, comprendiendo una estructura de soporte formada por una pluralidad de perfiles de acero conformados en caliente (10) para sustentación vertical y horizontal, y que definen a su vez una pluralidad de habitáculos interiores; y una pluralidad de perfiles de acero conformados en frío (20), soldados a la estructura de acero en caliente (10) para formar el soporte para paredes, techo y suelo de los diferentes habitáculos del módulo prefabricado (1).
