Placa de revestimiento multicapa para superficies de apoyo horizontales y procedimiento para su fabricación.#La invención se refiere a una placa (100) de revestimiento multicapa para superficies de apoyo esencialmente horizontales tales como suelos o pavimentos, que comprende una capa principal (1), que incluye al menos una pieza de un material rígido o semirrígido, y una capa decorativa (2) superior dúctil o flexible. La placa de revestimiento comprende en el perímetro de la capa principal (1) una porción mecanizable (3) y dúctil, susceptible de ser mecanizada para conformar un perfil de interconexión para la conexión de la placa con otras.#Preferiblemente, la porción mecanizable (3) está hecha de madera de fibra vulcanizada de densidad media (MDF), de un material compuesto de madera y plástico (WPC), o de policloruro de vinilo (PVC), y la capa principal es de óxido de magnesio, fibrocemento o de mortero con perlita y vermiculita.
