Abstract

La invención se refiere a un dispositivo para la limpieza y procesamiento del recto y pelvis de cerdos sacrificados de naturaleza principalmente mecánica, y su procedimiento de funcionamiento y que soluciona el problema de las operaciones de limpieza y desinfección de estos dispositivos, básicamente las cuchillas y el mandril que se introduce en el recto del animal, al realizarse según la presente invención dichas operaciones en una sola, lo cual permite que de forma sucesiva en unos 2 a 3 segundos entrar en el recto del animal, proceder a su corte y, llevar a cabo una incisión en la pelvis del animal y, de forma simultanea proceder a su limpieza y esterilización, merced a incorporar dicho dispositivo una cámara semicerrada en la que se procede a dicho procesamiento, al realizarse las mismas en dicha cámara semi-cerrada.
