Abstract

Una lavadora (1) de piezas que comprende: una parte superior (3) que incluye una cubeta (6), una tapa a través de la cual son hechos pasar y fijados dos guantes para tareas duras integrados, un panel de visualización (5), una boquilla de alta presión, y un drenaje procedente de la cubeta, donde la tapa es un mecanismo de tapa de cuatro barras (30a, 30b, 30c, 30d); y una parte inferior (2) que incluye un tambor (10) para contener una solución de limpieza acuosa, una bomba (12) de alta presión para bombear la solución desde el tambor hasta la boquilla de alta presión, un tubo de bajada (14) que pasa del drenaje que procede de la cubeta en la parte superior en el tambor para dejar pasar el exceso de líquido que procede de la parte superior de nuevo a la parte inferior para regeneración y reutilización, medios de calentamiento (200) dentro del tambor para calentar la solución de limpieza, y medios de seguridad y control para hacer funcionar la lavadora de piezas, donde está configurado el tambor para ser un contenedor de carga, y donde el tambor comprende un adaptador de tapón (100) para conectar el tambor (10) a la bomba de alta presión (12), estando posicionado el adaptador de tapón (100) por debajo del nivel de líquido y diseñado para proporcionar una conexión de fluido sumergida en el tambor sin que el tambor tenga conectores externos o accesorios que sobresalen desde el tambor.

Resultados de ensayos que utilizan el aparato y sistema del presente invento comparado con Disolventes Orgánicos.
5 Los ensayos fueron conducidos comparando la eficacia de la solución de base acuosa del presente invento comparado con máquinas manuales de base orgánico. La diferencia de tiempo para limpiar piezas es dramática.
Un cojinete de rodillos típico que está contaminado con grasa densa para cojinetes requirió 10 minutos para su limpieza utilizando disolventes orgánicos y un cepillo de limpieza de piezas como componente de limpieza manual. Este mismo 10 cojinete típico fue limpiado utilizando el presente invento y el proceso requirió menos de 4 minutos.
Una cesta de filtro de malla fina contaminada con fibra, carbón y grasa fue limpiada con un disolvente orgánico y un cepillo de limpieza de piezas durante 10 minutos y muchos de los contaminantes permanecían en la pieza ya que el disolvente fue incapaz de llegar al interior de las pequeñas áreas de malla. Este mismo tamiz fue limpiado en menos de 5
15 minutos utilizando el presente invento. Algunas pequeñas cantidades de carbono y calcio permanecían al final del ciclo de limpieza de 5 minutos, pero hubo una diferencia dramática entre la eficacia de los dos sistemas.
