Abstract

Un laminado que comprende un artículo moldeado de resina de poliamida y un artículo moldeado de poliuretano termoplástico soldados térmicamente entre sí, por lo que el artículo moldeado de resina de poliamida se fabrica a partir de un material de moldeo de soldadura térmica que comprende de 3 a 40 partes en masa de un compuesto (B) representado mediante la siguiente fórmula general (1) basado en 100 partes en masa de una resina de poliamida (A) que tiene una relación molar (grupo amino terminal/grupo carboxilo terminal) de 1 o más:**Fórmula** en el que al menos uno de R1 y R2 representa un grupo alquilo que tiene de 1 a 10 átomos de carbono, siendo el resto un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo alquilo que tiene de 1 a 10 átomos de carbono; R3 representa un grupo alquilo que tiene de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono; n representa un número entero de 0 a 5; y cuando n es 2 o más, cada R3 puede ser el mismo que o diferente de cualquier otro R3, y por lo que el artículo moldeado de poliuretano termoplástico es un artículo moldeado de poliuretano basado en éter.

Un contenido de dicho estabilizador de la luz generalmente es de aproximadamente 0,1 a 3% en masa en base a la cantidad total del material de moldeo.
<Agente antiestático>
Como agente antiestático, por ejemplo, puede usarse un monoglicérido de un ácido graso que tiene de 14 a 30 átomos de carbono, específicamente, monoglicérido de ácido esteárico, monoglicérido de ácido palmítico y
65 similares, un copolímero en bloque de poliéter poliamida y similares.

<Diol para el TPU basado en éter>
Los ejemplos de un diol de poliéter que se usa como materia prima del TPU basado en éter incluyen polioxietilenglicol, polioxipropilenglicol, polioxitetrametilenglicol obtenido mediante polimerización por la apertura del 5 anillo del tetrahidrofurano, otros dioles de éter diversos para el poliuretano conocidos y similares.
<Diisocianato para el TPU>
Los ejemplos de un diisocianato que se usa como una materia prima del TPU basado en éter incluyen diisocianatos alifáticos o alicíclicos tales como diisocianato de tetrametileno, diisocianato de pentametileno, diisocianato de hexametileno, diisocianato de lisina, diisocianato de ciclohexilmetano, diisocianato de 2,2,4- o 2,4,4trimetilhexametileno, bis(4-ciclohexil isocianato) de isopropilideno, diisocianato de metilciclohexano, diisocianato de isoforona y similares; diisocianatos aromáticos tales como diisocianato de 2,4- o 2,6-tolileno, 4,4’-diisocianato difenilmetano, 4,4’-diisocianato de 3-metildifenilmetano, diisocianato de m- o p-fenileno, 2,4-diisocianato de
15 clorofenileno, 1,5-diisocianato de naftaleno, diisocianato de xilileno, diisocianato de tetrametilxilileno y similares; y similares. De estos, es preferible el diisocianato de 4,4’-difenilmetano.
<Prolongador de cadena para el TPU>
Un prolongador de cadena que se usa para la fabricación del TPU no está particularmente limitado, y pueden usarse los prolongadores de cadena conocidos que se usan generalmente para la fabricación del TPU. Es preferible usar un compuesto de bajo peso molecular que tiene dos o más átomos de hidrógeno activos capaces de reaccionar con un grupo isocianato en una molécula del mismo y que tienen un peso molecular de no más de 300.
25 Los ejemplos del prolongador de cadena incluyen dioles tales como etilenglicol, propilenglicol, 1,4-butanodiol, 1,6hexanodiol, 1,4-bis(-hidroxietoxi)benceno, 1,4-ciclohexanodiol, bis-(-hidroxietil) tereftalato, xililenglicol y similares; diaminas tales como hidrazina, etilendiamina, propilendiamina, xililendiamina, isoforondiamina, piperazina y derivados de las mismas, fenilendiamina, tolilendiamina, xilendiamina, dihidracida de ácido adípico, dihidracida de ácido isoftálico y similares; aminoalcoholes tales como aminoetil alcohol, aminopropil alcohol y similares; y similares. De estos, son preferibles los dioles alifáticos que tienen de 2 a 10 átomos de carbono, y es más preferible el 1,4butanodiol.
(Propiedades del laminado)
35 En el laminado de la presente invención que comprende un artículo moldeado de poliamida y un artículo moldeado de TPU térmicamente soldados entre sí, al contener, como un material de moldeado del artículo moldeado de poliamida, una resina de poliamida que tiene una relación molar (grupo amino terminal/ grupo carboxilo terminal) de más de 1, especialmente en la poliamida 11 y/o la poliamida 12 y al añadir un compuesto aromático que tiene una estructura especificada, puede mejorarse la capacidad de soldadura térmica a todos los artículos moldeados de TPU basados en éter.
En el laminado de la presente invención, otra capa de resina termoplástica puede laminarse adicionalmente en el lado del artículo moldeado de poliamida y/o el lado del artículo moldeado de TPU dependiendo de una aplicación del mismo.
