Abstract

Implante (2) con un tornillo (7) para la fijación mutua de dos fragmentos óseos (8, 9), especialmente para la fijación de la cabeza, cuyo eje ha sido corregido, de un hueso metatarsiano, por ejemplo Hallux valgus, que presenta un clip (2) de dos lados (3) unidos entre sí por uno de los extremos formando en esta zona un ojete (5) con un orificio (6) por el que pasa un tornillo (7) que se puede enroscar en uno de los dos fragmentos óseos (8) y que con su otro extremo libre se puede introducir en el otro fragmento óseo (9), caracterizado por presentar un manguito de guía (11) para el tornillo (7) introducido en el ojete (5) del clip y fijado en el mismo, cuya superficie interior corresponde fundamentalmente a la superficie exterior del tornillo (7) en la zona adyacente a la cabeza del tornillo y cuyo diámetro interior mínimo es al menos tan grande como el diámetro máximo de la rosca del tornillo, reteniéndose el tornillo esencialmente sin holgura en el manguito de guía (11).
