Abstract

Un método de reducción de la heterogeneidad en anticuerpos obtenidos mediante cultivo celular reduciendo la proporción de resto de lisina en el extremo C de los anticuerpos, dicho método comprende añadir un ion metálico de transición divalente al medio de cultivo de producción de anticuerpos o alterar la osmolalidad del medio de cultivo o una combinación de los mismos para obtener dichos anticuerpos con heterogeneidad reducida.
