Abstract
Método para determinar la presión de transmembrana durante un tratamiento de sangre extracorporal, donde la sangre circula con una tasa de flujo sanguíneo determinada mediante un conducto de suministro de sangre arterial (6) de un circuito de sangre extracorporal (5A) hacia la entrada (3a) de una primera cámara (3) de un dializador (1) dividido en la primera y la segunda cámara (3, 4) a través de una membrana semipermeable (2), y circula mediante un conducto de retorno de sangre venosa (7) desde la salida (3b) de la primera cámara (3) del dializador (1), y líquido de diálisis circula mediante un conducto de suministro de líquido de diálisis (10) hacia la entrada (4a) de la segunda cámara (4) del dializador (1), y circula mediante un conducto de evacuación de líquido de diálisis (11) desde la salida (4b) de la segunda cámara (4) del dializador (1), donde a la sangre con una tasa de flujo determinada se le extrae líquido mediante la membrana (2) del dializador (1), con los siguientes pasos del método: medición de la presión del lado de la sangre en la entrada o la salida de la primera cámara del dializador y en el lado del líquido de diálisis en la entrada o la salida de la segunda cámara del dializador, y cálculo de la presión de transmembrana en base a la presión medida en el lado de la sangre y en el lado del líquido de diálisis, caracterizado porque, se determina una variable que se correlaciona con la viscosidad de la sangre, porque se determina una variable de corrección para la presión de transmembrana, la cual depende de una variable que se correlaciona con la viscosidad de la sangre, donde para determinar la variable de corrección para la presión de transmembrana se determina un parámetro característico de la resistencia de flujo del dializador, el cual depende del parámetro que se correlaciona con la viscosidad de la sangre, y porque la presión de transmembrana se calcula en base a la presión medida en el lado de sangre y en el lado del líquido de diálisis y a la variable de corrección de la presión de transmembrana.
