Abstract
método e dispositivo para a determinação de uma pressão transmembrana em um tratamento sanguíneo extracorpóreo. a presente invenção refere-se a um método para a determinação da pressão transmembrana durante um tratamento sanguíneo extracorpóreo no qual o sangue flui a uma vazão de sangue definida através de um conduto de sangue arterial 6 de um circuito de sangue extracorpóreo 5a para a entrada de uma primeira câmara 3 de um dialisador 1, o qual é dividido por uma membrana semipermeável 2 na primeira câmara e em uma segunda câmara 4, e flui através de um conduto de sangue venoso 7 a partir da saída da primeira câmara 3 do dialisador 1, enquanto o líquido de diálise flui através de um conduto de suprimento de líquido de diálise 10 para a entrada da segunda câmara do dialisador e flui através de um conduto de descarga de líquido de diálise 11 a partir da saída da segunda câmara do dialisador. o método de acordo com a invenção e o dispositivo de acordo com a invenção para a determinação da pressão transmembrana são tais que a pressão no lado de sangue e no lado de líquido de diálise do dialisador é medida com um gasto técnico relativamente pequeno, especificamente com menos do que quatro sensores de pressão 20, 21, 22 e um valor não-corrigido preliminar é calculado para a pressão transmembrana e, após isso, é corrigido por uma variável de correção que é dependente de uma variável de correlação com a viscosidade do sangue.
