Abstract
Una composición de goma de mascar, que comprende: una base de goma; y una premezcla de sabor que comprende i) un jarabe de sacárido o un jarabe de alcohol azucarado, ii) un sacárido en forma de partículas o un alcohol azucarado en forma de partículas, iii) un emulsionante, iv) un aromatizante, v) una grasa y, opcionalmente vi) un ácido alimentario o una sal del mismo, un edulcorante de alta intensidad, un sazonador, o una combinación de los mismos; en donde la composición de goma de mascar comprende regiones localizadas de la grasa y el aromatizante, en donde las regiones localizadas de la grasa y el aromatizante tienen un grado de localización simultánea de al menos 10% como se determina mediante espectroscopia Raman confocal.
