Abstract
Un polipéptido de fusión de cadena sencilla que comprende: (i) un primer dominio de citoquinas de la familia de TNF soluble, (ii) un primer enlazador peptídico, (iii) un segundo dominio de citoquinas de la familia TNF soluble, (iv) un segundo enlazador peptídico, y (v) un tercer dominio de citoquinas de la familia TNF soluble, en donde el polipéptido de fusión es sustancialmente no-agregante, y en donde los dominios de citoquinas de la familia TNF (i), (iii) y (v) son dominios LIGHT humanos solubles, que comprenden una secuencia de aminoácidos que parte de los aminoácidos 93, 94 ó 95 de SEQ ID NO: 16.
