Abstract

Un dispositivo apto para asociarlo a un horno (2), estando provisto dicho horno de una superficie de cocción (22) una abertura delantera (21) y una pared posterior (23) opuesta a dicha abertura, estando adaptado el dispositivo para conducir el alimento que se está cocinando dentro de dicho horno entre dicha abertura (21) y dicha pared posterior (23), comprendiendo el dispositivo: al menos dos soportes de alimentos (4), cada uno con un eje central (X); un mecanismo de impulsión (6) con medios de alimentación (5) adaptados para impulsar un giro de al menos dichos dos soportes de alimentos (4) dentro de dicho horno a lo largo de un circuito cerrado (P) sobre un plano y una rotación de cada soporte de alimentos (4) alrededor de su propio eje (X); caracterizado por que dicho mecanismo (6) y dichos soportes de alimentos (4) están soportados por un bastidor alargado (3) adaptado para insertarse a través de dicha abertura (21) y para colocarse en dicha superficie de cocción (22) con un a base plana (30), extendiéndose el bastidor (3) entre un primer extremo (3a) que se dispone en el interior del horno y un segundo extremo (3b) que permanece fuera del horno (2), estando dispuestos dichos medios de alimentación (5) en dicho segundo extremo exterior (3b) del bastidor (3).
