Abstract
Un aparato de ORC para la generación de energía por ciclo de Rankine orgánico, que comprende: - al menos un intercambiador de calor (3) para el intercambio de calor entre una fuente de alta temperatura y un fluido de trabajo orgánico, así como para calentar y evaporar dicho fluido de trabajo; - al menos una turbina de expansión (4) alimentada con el fluido de trabajo vaporizado que sale del intercambiador de calor (3) para hacer una conversión de la energía térmica presente en el fluido de trabajo en energía mecánica de acuerdo con un ciclo de Rankine; - al menos un condensador (6) donde el flujo de salida del fluido de trabajo desde dicha al menos una turbina (4) se condensa y se envía a al menos una bomba (2); a continuación se alimenta el fluido a dicho al menos un intercambiador de calor (3); - un generador eléctrico (5), estando la turbina de expansión (4) conectada al generador eléctrico (5); en donde la turbina de expansión (4) comprende: una caja fija (7) que tiene una entrada axial (15) y una salida radialmente periférica (16), un solo disco de rotor (17), montado en la caja (7) y que gira alrededor de un eje de giro (X-X), al menos una primera etapa de flujo de salida radial que comprende al menos una primera serie de palas de rotor (22a) montadas en una cara frontal (18) del disco de rotor (17) y dispuestas alrededor del eje de giro (X- X) y al menos una primera serie de palas de estator (24a) montadas en la caja (7), frente al disco de rotor (17) y dispuestas alrededor del eje de giro (X-X), al menos una segunda etapa de flujo de salida radial que comprende al menos una segunda serie de palas de rotor (22b, 22c) dispuestas en una posición radialmente externa a la primera serie de palas de rotor (22a) y al menos una segunda serie de palas de estator (24b, 24c) dispuestas en una posición radialmente externa con respecto a la primera serie de palas de estator (24a), caracterizado por que la turbina de expansión (4) comprende al menos una etapa axial montada en un perímetro radialmente externo del disco de rotor (17).
