Claims (2)
1. ORC uređaj za dobivanje električne energije organskim Rankineovim ciklusom, koji sadrži:
– najmanje jedan izmjenjivač topline (3), namijenjen izmjeni topline između izvora na visokoj temperaturi i organskog radnog fluida, kako bi se zagrijalo i otparilo navedeni radni fluid;
– najmanje jednu ekspanzijsku turbinu (4), koju se napaja otparenim radnim fluidom, koji izlazi iz izmjenjivača topline (3), kako bi se izvelo pretvorbu toplinske energije, prisutne u radnom fluidu, u mehaničku energiju prema Rankineovom ciklusu;
– generator električne energije (5), gdje je ekspanzijska turbina (4) povezana s generatorom električne energije (5);
– najmanje jedan kondenzator (6), gdje se radni fluid koji istječe iz navedene najmanje jedne turbine (4) kondenzira i šalje u najmanje jednu crpku (2); gdje se fluid zatim šalje u navedeni najmanje jedan izmjenjivač topline (3);
naznačen time što je ekspanzijska turbina (4) tipa s radijalnim istjecanjem, gdje se, na putu između ulaza (15) u i izlaza (16) iz ekspanzijske turbine (4), tok radnog fluida odmiče, dok se istodobno širi, od osi vrtnje (X-X) navedene ekspanzijske turbine (4); gdje ekspanzijska turbina (4) sadrži fiksno kućište (7), koje ima aksijalni ulaz (15) i radijalno periferni izlaz (16), samo jedan rotorski disk (17), koji je ugrađen u fiksno kućište (7) i vrti se oko osi vrtnje (X-X), najmanje jedan prvi niz lopatica rotora (22a), ugrađen na prednjoj strani (18) rotorskog diska (17) i smješten oko osi vrtnje (X-X), te najmanje jedan prvi niz lopatica statora (24a) ugrađen u fiksnom kućištu (7), okrenut prema rotorskom disku (17) i smješten oko osi vrtnje (XX); gdje ekspanzijska turbina (4) sadrži pregradu (25), fiksno ugrađenu u fiksnom kućištu (7) na aksijalnom ulazu (15) i prilagođenu da radijalno skreće aksijalni tok prema prvom nizu lopatica statora (24a); gdje je ekspanzijska turbina (4) višestupanjska turbina; gdje ekspanzijska turbina (4) sadrži najmanje jedan drugi niz lopatica rotora (22b, 22c), koji se nalazi na položaju radijalno s vanjske strane u odnosu na prvi niz lopatica rotora (22a), te najmanje jedan drugi niz lopatica statora (24b, 24c), koji se nalazi na položaju radijalno s vanjske strane u odnosu na prvi niz lopatica statora (24a); gdje pregrada (25) ima konveksnu površinu (25a), okrenutu prema aksijalnom ulazu (15); gdje pregrada (25) nosi prvi niz lopatica statora (24a) na svom radijalno perifernom dijelu; gdje se prednja strana (18) rotorskog diska (17) i strana (23) fiksnog kućišta (7) koja nosi lopatice statora (24a, 24b, 24c) međusobno odvajaju prilikom odmicanja od osi vrtnje (X-X), gdje je visina lopatica smještenih radijalno najviše prema van veća od visine lopatice smještenih radijalno najviše prema unutra; gdje je fiksno kućište (7) načinjeno od prednje polovice kućišta (8), kružnog oblika, i stražnje polovice kućište (9) spojenih zajedno vijcima (10); gdje tuljac (11) izlazi poput konzole sa stražnje polovice kućišta (9); gdje se u unutarnjem volumenu, omeđenom prednjom (8) i stražnjom (9) polovicom kućišta, nalazi rotorski disk (17), čvrsto vezan na osovinu (13), koju pak na rotacijski način podržava tuljac (11) uz pomoć ležajeva (14), tako da se ista slobodno vrti oko osi vrtnje (X-X).
2. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što ekspanzijska turbina (4) sadrži difuzor (27), koji se nalazi na položaju radijalno s vanjske strane u odnosu na lopatice statora (24a, 24b, 24c) i lopatice rotora (22a, 22b, 22c).
