Abstract

Un método para preparar rebaudiósido A, que comprende: (1) hacer reaccionar sacarosa y nucleótido difosfato en presencia de sacarosa sintasa para preparar nucleótido difosfato al que se ha unido la glucosa; y (2) hacer reaccionar el nucleótido difosfato al cual se ha unido glucosa con esteviósido en presencia de glicosiltransferasa para preparar rebaudiósido A.
