Abstract

Método para la producción de una matriz de tejido descelularizado.#Se proporciona un método de descelularización de tejido adiposo que comprende las etapas de: a) laminar el tejido adiposo; b) tratar el tejido adiposo resultante de la etapa a) con una lipoproteína lipasa a 32-42 grados Celsius y a una concentración de 10-55 u/100 mg; y c) tratar el tejido adiposo resultante de la etapa b) con una nucleasa, a 32-42 grados Celsius y a una concentración de 709-1433 u/mg; durante un periodo de tiempo necesario para que el tejido adiposo tenga un contenido de ADN total igual o inferior a 50 ng/mg.#También se proporciona el tejido adiposo descelularizado obtenible por el método, productos adicionales, tales como revestimientos y armazones que comprenden el tejido descelularizado y sus usos en ingeniería tisular y terapia regenerativa.
