Abstract
Un dispositivo ingerible (10) que comprende: una unidad de control y una unidad de memoria; unos primer (14) y segundo (16) materiales en forma de placas ingeribles, acoplados a la unidad de control y a la unidad de memoria; de tal manera que la primera placa ingerible está acoplada de forma comunicable con una primera placa de sondeo (20) situada en un lado del dispositivo ingerible, y la segunda placa ingerible está acoplada de forma comunicable con una segunda placa de sondeo (30), situada en otro lado del dispositivo ingerible; y de tal modo que el dispositivo ingerible (10) se ha configurado para: ser activado energéticamente al recibir energía transferida desde la primera (20) y segunda (30) placas de sondeo a la primera (14) y segunda (16) placas ingeribles correspondientes durante un primer tiempo, cuando una fuente de energía de las primera y segunda placas de sondeo está activa; y transmitir información asociada con el dispositivo ingerible (10) a través de la transferencia de energía desde el dispositivo ingerible a la primera (20) y segunda (30) placas de sondeo durante un segundo tiempo, cuando la fuente de energía de la primera (20) y segunda (30) placas de sondeo está inactiva.

DESCRIPCIÓN
Sistema para la gestión de una cadena de suministro
Campo de la invención
La presente invención se refiere a métodos y a sistemas para utilizar dispositivos electrónicos para efectuar un seguimiento de productos. Más específicamente, la presente invención incluye métodos, dispositivos y un sistema para efectuar un seguimiento de inventario médico desde la fuente al consumidor.
Antecedentes
Los proveedores de productos farmacéuticos están concernidos por el hecho de que productos originales sean sustituidos por productos falsificados desde el momento en que los productos salen del fabricante hasta el momento en que los productos son entregados al usuario final. Adicionalmente, existe la necesidad de determinar con precisión la cantidad y el contenido de un envase, de tal manera que los distribuidores puedan identificar los productos a todo lo largo de la cadena de suministro. Métodos y sistemas conocidos se sirven de comunicación de campo cercano, tal como la RFID [Identificación por Radiofrecuencia - “Radio Frequency Identification”-]. Estos métodos conocidos presentan limitaciones intrínsecas tales como la falta de integridad de los datos, la confidencialidad, etc. Por lo tanto, lo que se necesita es un sistema para interrogar un producto a fin de garantizar la validez y el origen del producto a todo lo largo de la cadena de suministro, desde el fabricante hasta el usuario final o consumidor.
Compendio
Se divulga un sistema para gestionar el suministro de un producto en un entorno de cadena de suministro. En diversos aspectos, la invención incluye placas capacitivas que ponen a prueba una variedad de productos, de lo que resultan indicaciones de la validez o invalidez de los productos. De esta manera, pueden llevarse a efecto diversas cadenas de suministro u otros propósitos.

Tales productos pueden haberse diseñado, por lo común, de manera que incluyan materiales / componentes conductores. El uso del acoplamiento capacitivo para poner a prueba los materiales y componentes conductores de los productos por medio de las placas capacitivas puede indicar la presencia de la correcta configuración de los componentes conductores del producto. Alternativamente, el hecho de no obtener un acoplamiento comunicativo cuando son puestos a prueba puede indicar la no conformidad del producto, por ejemplo, que estén ausentes uno o más materiales conductores, que estén incorrectamente configurados, etc.

Descripción detallada
Haciendo referencia, a continuación, a la Figura 1A, se muestra en ella un dispositivo 10a situado dentro de un producto farmacéutico 12a, tal como una píldora o tableta, que está completamente envasado y se pone a prueba por medio de una sonda, tal y como se expone en detalle más adelante. De acuerdo con diversos aspectos de la presente invención, el dispositivo 10a puede estar situado dentro del producto 12a, o bien asegurado a la superficie del producto 12a, tal como se contempla dentro del alcance de la presente invención. El dispositivo 10a incluye un módulo de control para comunicación y una memoria para el almacenamiento de información, tal como la identidad. La puesta a prueba del dispositivo 10a se lleva a cabo para asegurarse, por ejemplo, de que el dispositivo 10a sigue funcionando. La puesta a prueba se sirve de una solución de acoplamiento capacitivo en la que existe un acoplamiento capacitivo de una primera placa capacitiva de puesta a prueba 20a con un primer metal o material 14a situado en un lado del dispositivo 10a, y de una segunda placa capacitiva de puesta a prueba 30a con un segundo metal o material 16a situado en el otro lado del dispositivo 10a. Como es evidente para un experto de la técnica, la placa 20a se encuentra aislada eléctricamente de la placa 30a, incluso aunque no se haya mostrado específicamente el aislamiento. Pueden ponerse en práctica diversas formas de puesta a prueba utilizando acoplamiento capacitivo, por ejemplo, metal, almohadillas de metal, etc. De acuerdo con un aspecto de la presente invención, por ejemplo, existe un acoplamiento capacitivo entre el material 14a y la placa capacitiva 20a y entre el material 16a y la placa capacitiva 30a. Las placas 20a y 30a son sondas que pueden comunicarse con el dispositivo 10a a través de un acoplamiento capacitivo. Las placas 20a y 30a están conectadas eléctricamente a un sistema (no mostrado) que puede recibir la información de las placas 20a y 30a, así como tratar la información. También, de acuerdo con diversos aspectos de la presente invención, el producto puede estar revestido con un material no conductor.
De acuerdo con diversos aspectos de la presente invención, existen diversos componentes incluidos como parte del dispositivo 10. Por ejemplo, el dispositivo 10 puede ser un marcador de sucesos (EM - “event marker”-) ingerible, con una identidad única o exclusiva que puede ser leída utilizando acoplamiento capacitivo previamente a la ingestión, y comunicada utilizando una transconducción posterior al consumo. En la Solicitud de Patente de los EE.UU. 12/564.017, titulada “SISTEMA DE COMUNICACIÓN CON FUENTE DE POTENCIA PARCIAL”, y presentada el 21 de septiembre de 2009, se divulgan diversos aspectos de un IEM.
Haciendo referencia, a continuación, a la Figura 1B, se muestra en ella un dispositivo 10b como parte de un producto 12b de acuerdo con un aspecto de la presente invención. El dispositivo 10b incluye un primer material 14b y un segundo material 16b, depositados sobre la superficie del dispositivo 10b para formar una conexión capacitiva. Los materiales 14b y 16b están en comunicación con el módulo de control del dispositivo 10b. Unas sondas 20b y 30b están acopladas capacitivamente a los materiales 14b y 16b, respectivamente. De esta forma, al ser las sondas 20b y 30b alimentadas energéticamente con una tensión de CA [corriente alterna - “AC (alternating current)”-], los materiales 14b y 16b son entonces acoplados capacitivamente a las sondas 20b y 30b. De esta forma, la información asociada con el dispositivo 10b que está almacenada en la memoria del dispositivo 10b puede ser
codificada por un módulo de control del dispositivo 10b y comunicada a las sondas utilizando un acoplamiento capacitivo.
Haciendo referencia, a continuación, a la Figura 1C, se muestra en ella un dispositivo 10c asegurado a un producto 12c de acuerdo con la presente invención. El dispositivo 10c incluye un primer material 14c y un segundo material 16c, dispuestos alrededor del perímetro de un faldón 18c del dispositivo 10c, de tal manera que al menos una porción de los materiales 14c y 16c está depositada sobre el faldón 18c. Por otra parte, los materiales 14c y 16c están acoplados al módulo de control del dispositivo 10c para permitir la comunicación a través del acoplamiento capacitivo, desde el módulo de control del dispositivo 10c, a fin de permitir que la identidad del dispositivo 10c sea comunicada a un sistema a través de las sondas 20c y 30c. De acuerdo con un aspecto de la presente invención, los materiales 14c y 16c son tintas conductoras, tales como una tinta o pasta con material de base de grafito o carbono ingerible. Las sondas 20c y 30c son alimentadas energéticamente por una fuente de CA, de manera que, cuando son acercadas a los materiales 14c y 16c, las sondas 20c y 30c pueden comunicarse con el dispositivo 10c utilizando un acoplamiento capacitivo a través de los materiales 14c y 16c, respectivamente. Por otra parte, de acuerdo con otro aspecto de la presente invención, unas sondas 22c y 32c se sitúan en posición proximal, o más cercana, al material 14c y 16c, en diferentes posiciones, a fin de permitir una colocación alternativa del dispositivo 10c o para hacer posible la puesta a prueba del dispositivo desde una dirección alternativa. Una vez que las sondas 20c y 30c son alimentadas energéticamente con una tensión de CA y el dispositivo 10c está colocado cerca de las sondas 20c y 30c, los materiales 14c y 16c pueden ser usados entonces para hacer pasar información entre el dispositivo 10c y el sistema conectado a las sondas 20c y 30c, a través de un acoplamiento capacitivo.
Haciendo referencia, a continuación, a la Figura 1D, se muestra en ella un dispositivo 10d de acuerdo con otro aspecto de la presente invención. Se ha depositado un material conductor 14d sobre la superficie de un material 19a que está asociado con el dispositivo 10d. El material 19a y el material 19b del dispositivo 10d son materiales disímiles y forman una fuente de energía parcial para el dispositivo 10d. Por ejemplo, el material 19a puede ser CuCl y el material 19b puede ser Mg. El dispositivo 10d también incluye transistores en la conexión 19c, que es capaz de conectarse eléctricamente al material compuesto 14d, que está a V (tensión) alta, o al material 19b, que está al mismo potencial que V baja. El dispositivo 10d incluye un material compuesto 16d que está físicamente asociado con el dispositivo 10d y descansa por encima de una capa de óxido 17d. El material 16d puede ser CuCl recubierto electrolíticamente con oro. De esta forma, conforme unas sondas o placas, similares a las mostradas en las Figuras 1A-1C y alimentadas energéticamente por una fuente de tensión oscilante o de CA, son acercadas al dispositivo 10d, se produce un acoplamiento capacitivo entre el material compuesto 14d y el material compuesto 16d, y las sondas. De acuerdo con un aspecto de la presente invención, al aislarse la fuente de tensión, la energía transferida al material 14d y al material 16d varía en correspondencia y es almacenada en el dispositivo 10d. Conforme la fuente de tensión se reduce a cero o se deja inactiva, el dispositivo 10d pasa entonces de recibir energía a enviar energía a las sondas utilizando un acoplamiento capacitivo. A fin de crear una fuente de energía oscilante, se utilizan los transistores 19c para conectar y desconectar el material 14d entre el material 19b (que representa la V baja) y la V alta. Conforme el material 14d cambia sus niveles de energía de V alta a V baja, la información puede ser transferida a las sondas. De esta forma, durante una parte del ciclo en que la potencia está desconectada o inactiva (tal como se muestra en la Figura 2C), el dispositivo 10d es capaz de transferir energía a las sondas, energía que incluye información acerca del dispositivo 10d. Por lo tanto, utilizando un acoplamiento capacitivo, la información puede ser comunicada entre el dispositivo 10d y el sistema conectado a las sondas situadas cerca del dispositivo 10d.
Haciendo referencia, a continuación, a la Figura 1E, se muestra en ella una sonda coaxial con dos sondas / placas conductoras 20e y 30e, separadas por un material aislante 25e. La sonda o placa conductora interior 20e está rodeada por el material aislante 25e, el cual está rodeado por la sonda o placa conductora exterior 30e. El dispositivo 10e se ha mostrado como parte de un producto farmacéutico 12e. El dispositivo 10e incluye un material o tinta conductora 15e, depositada sobre el lado opuesto al de la sonda coaxial. A medida que la sonda coaxial es acercada al producto 12e, la sonda 20e se sitúa sobre el centro del dispositivo 10e y la sonda 30e se sitúa por encima de los bordes exteriores del dispositivo 10e y en posición proximal, o más cercana, al material 15e. De esta forma, como se ha descrito anteriormente y con respecto a la Figura 2C, como la fuente de energía es aislante, la energía es transferida desde la sonda coaxial al dispositivo 10e, y al ser apagada o desactivada la fuente de energía, la energía es entonces transferida desde el dispositivo 10e al sistema conectado a la sonda coaxial.
Haciendo referencia a la Figura 2, una fuente de tensión, por ejemplo, una fuente de tensión de CA u otra fuente aislante o alterna 40 marcha a una frecuencia elevada, por ejemplo, de 1 MHz, etc. La fuente de tensión está conectada a las sondas o placas. El dispositivo 10 incluye un módulo de control 50 y unas almohadillas de unión 52 a las que están acoplados los materiales (por ejemplo, los materiales 14 y 16 de la Figura 1A). De acuerdo con un aspecto de la presente invención, dentro del dispositivo 10 existe un diodo 54, tal como un diodo Schottky u otro tipo de diodo que crea una tensión de suministro interna, y un conmutador 56 con una cierta impedancia, que es encendido y apagado, lo que cambia la impedancia del dispositivo 10. La variación de la impedancia se utiliza para comunicar información acerca de la identidad del dispositivo 10. El cambio de impedancia permite que la información asociada con el dispositivo 10 sea codificada y enviada a un sistema a través de las sondas utilizando un acoplamiento capacitivo, tal y como se ha representado por los condensadores 58 y 60. La información es captada por el sistema conectado a las sondas representadas por los condensadores, y leída como Vout por medio del amplificador de muestreo, a través de la impedancia designada como R-muestra.
Una vez que el módulo de control 50 ha sido acercado o expuesto a la fuente de tensión a través de las placas, se produce una transferencia de energía a través del acoplamiento capacitivo y el dispositivo 10 puede producir una señal de oscilación, la cual puede ser detectada. La señal de oscilación contiene información, y la señal de aislamiento puede ser codificada, por ejemplo, en una señal de 1 MHz o una frecuencia similar, por ejemplo, 500 kHz, ya que puede ser dependiente del grado de acoplamiento capacitivo. La tensión de la fuente 40 vendrá determinada por la cantidad o magnitud del acoplamiento capacitivo que se consiga entre la placa o sonda capacitiva 20 y 30 de la Figura 1 y los materiales 14 y 16 de la misma. De este modo, a una alta frecuencia que representa, quizá, 5 voltios, el valor de la capacidad entre la sonda, tal como la sonda 20 o 30, y el material viene representado por los condensadores 58 y 60.
Haciendo referencia, a continuación, a las Figuras 2A y 2B, de acuerdo con otro aspecto de la presente invención, se muestra en ellas un puente de diodos que es una representación de circuitos de la interacción entre las placas 20 y 30 y los materiales 14 y 16 del dispositivo 10. La tensión de aislamiento presente en las placas 20 y 30 (designadas como 'PLACA 1' y 'PLACA 2') da como resultado una transferencia de energía en la forma de una alta tensión y una baja tensión para el dispositivo 10. El dispositivo 10 incluye un módulo de control como parte de la unidad lógica o procesador. La unidad lógica puede ser un procesador, un microprocesador, un dispositivo de múltiples módulos o cualquier forma de circuito integrado. La unidad lógica está en comunicación con los materiales conductores 14 y 16 y con las placas 20 y 30 (designadas como 'PLACA 1' y 'PLACA 2'). Como las placas 20 y 30 son alimentadas energéticamente con una fuente de CA, la unidad lógica almacena energía y, más tarde, utiliza esa energía para enviar información.
Haciendo referencia, a continuación, a la Figura 2C, se muestra en ella el ciclo de potencia con un periodo activo y un periodo inactivo, y el ciclo de transferencia del dispositivo 10 se muestra como la ventana de transferencia. De acuerdo con la presente invención, la duración de la energía del periodo activo es transferida de la fuente de energía al dispositivo 10. A continuación, durante la fase de inactividad, la energía almacenada por el dispositivo 10 es utilizada para transferir energía del dispositivo 10 al sistema conectado a las sondas. De esta manera, la información asociada con el dispositivo puede ser transferida del dispositivo 10, a través de las sondas 20 y 30, al sistema conectado a las sondas. De acuerdo con diversos aspectos de la presente invención, la información enviada desde el dispositivo 10 al sistema de las sondas 20 y 30 durante la fase inactiva, se basa en la información almacenada en la memoria del dispositivo. De esta forma, incluso aunque se muestre un '1' en el transcurso de la ventana de transferencia o de la etapa inactiva de la fuente de energía, la información transferida durante la etapa o fase inactiva de la fuente de energía puede ser un '0'.
De acuerdo con un aspecto de la presente invención, si hay un condensador de un microfaradio entre una placa / sonda capacitiva y un material físicamente asociado con el dispositivo 10, entonces se está a una alta frecuencia de aislamiento que representa una tensión baja necesaria para el acoplamiento capacitivo. De acuerdo con otro aspecto de la presente invención, si existe un condensador de un picofaradio, entonces puede necesitarse una tensión mayor, tal y como se constatará por un experto de la técnica. La cantidad de corriente que pasa realmente al través dependerá de la impedancia entre el circuito eléctrico ocasionado entre las placas / sondas activas 20 y 30, tal como se muestra, por ejemplo, en la Figura 1. De esta forma, el cierre de circuito entre la placa capacitiva 20 y la placa capacitiva 30 de las Figuras 1A-1C dará como resultado el paso de una corriente significativa que puede ser detectada, por ejemplo, por medio de un amplificador de muestreo tal como el que se muestra en la Figura 2. La salida es a través de un amplificador de muestreo, que está esencialmente mirando a la corriente que está pasando por el bucle y la modulación de esa corriente provocada por el módulo de control 50.
De acuerdo con diversos aspectos de la presente invención, el acoplamiento capacitivo puede ser utilizado con los dispositivos que son dispositivos de fuente de CC [corriente continua - “DC (direct current)”-], los cuales son modificados por la interoperabilidad, por ejemplo, por el hecho de que un dispositivo tenga instalado un rectificador para proporcionar una tensión estable en el chip, cuya impedancia puede ser modulada.
Haciendo referencia, a continuación, a las Figuras 3A y 3B, de acuerdo con diversos aspectos de la presente invención, las placas / sondas capacitivas y el sistema conectado a las mismas para recibir información, pueden estar integrados o de otro modo asociados con diversos componentes estructurales y otros dispositivos, por ejemplo, una estructura tubular 60 tal como la mostrada en la Figura 3A, que tiene placas capacitivas 20 y 30. Como ilustración, pueden introducirse en la estructura uno o más productos farmacéuticos que tienen un IEM o un dispositivo 10 similar. El dispositivo 10 puede ser introducido manualmente, o bien automáticamente a través de medios automatizados. A medida que el dispositivo se desplaza a través de la estructura 60, el dispositivo 10 es puesto a prueba por las placas capacitivas 20 y 30 del interior del tubo 60. Conforme a diversos aspectos, pueden estar asociados otros dispositivos y/o componentes. En un ejemplo, un dispositivo programable puede estar comunicativamente asociado con el dispositivo de acoplamiento capacitivo para recibir y/o transmitir datos y/o información obtenida por el dispositivo de acoplamiento capacitivo. Para continuar con la ilustración anterior, una vez que todos o una parte del número de productos 10, que pueden ser píldoras, son puestos a prueba o 'leídos' por el sistema de acoplamiento capacitivo asociado con las sondas / placas 20 y 30, el sistema de acoplamiento capacitivo puede comunicarlo, por ejemplo, inalámbricamente, por cable, etc., con una base de datos provista de un dispositivo de presentación visual, para su almacenamiento, presentación visual, manipulación, etc., adicional. De esta manera, pueden tratarse un dato individual, datos, grandes volúmenes de datos, etc., para diversos propósitos. Uno de tales propósitos puede ser, por ejemplo, realizar un seguimiento de los productos farmacéuticos en una aplicación de
cadena de suministro, por ejemplo, durante un procedimiento de fabricación tal como un prensado de tabletas u otro procedimiento, durante un procedimiento de verificación en farmacia, durante un procedimiento de prescripción en farmacia, etc. Diversos procedimientos pueden ser complementarios, estar incorporados, etc. Un tal ejemplo es la validación por medio de la lectura del número. Si este es válido, por ejemplo, legible, la tableta es aceptada. Si no, la tableta es rechazada. De esta forma, utilizando un simple lector de mano con una fuente de energía oscilatoria, un usuario o proveedor de cuidados puede poner a prueba el producto, el cual puede ser una píldora o tableta de acuerdo con un aspecto de la presente invención, con el dispositivo 10 asociado con esta, y determinar si la píldora es auténtica o se trata de un producto falsificado.
Haciendo referencia, a continuación, a las Figuras 4A y 4B, de acuerdo con otro aspecto de la presente invención, se muestra en ellas una píldora que tiene un dispositivo 10, con un revestimiento 74 que es un revestimiento no conductor o bastante impermeable, y de tal manera que la propia píldora comprende un polvo medicinal no conductor. Una región 72, por ejemplo, una región en forma de cono, tal como se muestra, comprende un material conductor 70, por ejemplo, pequeñas partículas o granos de material conductor entremezcladas con otro(s) material(es) farmacéutico(s), excipiente(s), material(es) de placebo, etc., de tal manera que la región 72 se convierta en una región conductora. Pueden utilizarse, por ejemplo, grafito y otros materiales conductores, por ejemplo, en una parte de diez, cinco partes de diez, etc., de tal modo que la región 72 es conductora. Son posibles otros materiales y composiciones, por ejemplo, una cápsula de gel o líquida que tenga partículas en su interior, etc. De esta manera, a frecuencias suficientemente elevadas, las partículas del material conductor 70 de la región 72 pueden cerrar un circuito unas con otras. Un experto de la técnica constatará que el material conductor 70 puede incluir diversos materiales y factores de forma, así como combinaciones de los mismos, por ejemplo, partículas de dimensiones variadas, alambres, películas metálicas, hebras, etc. El alcance de la presente invención no está limitado por el tipo o la forma del material conductor 70 que se utiliza en la región 72.
De acuerdo con otro aspecto de la presente invención, el material conductor 70 puede haberse integrado o formado mediante una variedad de métodos y proporciones. En un ejemplo, el dispositivo 10 está encastrado o mecánicamente asociado de otro modo con un polvo 'en forma de donut’ o toroidal, y el orificio formado en su interior se llena o asocia de otra manera con las partículas conductoras, etc., a fin de formar la región conductora. El tamaño, área, volumen, posiciones u otros parámetros de las regiones conductoras pueden variar en tanto en cuanto la capacidad funcional descrita en esta memoria pueda llevarse a cabo.
De acuerdo con otro aspecto de la presente invención, y tal como se muestra en la Figura 5, unas placas o sondas capacitivas 80 y 82 están acopladas a un sistema para recoger los datos. Las sondas 80 y 82 se utilizan para poner a prueba el dispositivo 10 a través de un acoplamiento capacitivo con los materiales 84 y 86, respectivamente. Puede utilizarse un sistema de realimentación de impedancia para impulsarlas de manera que se acerquen bastante la una a la otra, y una vez que la corriente llega a una cierta magnitud, usar eso para calibrar la distancia. Mediante el uso de una impedancia lo bastante elevada, este sistema puede ser de utilidad en una variedad de aplicaciones, por ejemplo, en un entorno de fabricación, para verificar que el dispositivo 10 está presente, está funcionando correctamente, etc.
De acuerdo con otro aspecto de la presente invención, una estrecha proximidad entre las sondas / placas de acoplamiento capacitivo y el dispositivo 10 puede facilitar, promover, etc. aspectos de privacidad. En ciertos aspectos, ciertos dispositivos relacionados pueden incluir, por ejemplo, un circuito con un diodo Schottky en paralelo con un transistor CMOS (metal-óxido-semiconductor complementario - “Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor”- ) que es temporizado para ser abierto y cerrado, dejado abierto, etc. Son posibles otros diseños de circuito y modificaciones.
Claims (12)
1. - Un dispositivo ingerible (10) que comprende:
una unidad de control y una unidad de memoria;
unos primer (14) y segundo (16) materiales en forma de placas ingeribles, acoplados a la unidad de control y a la unidad de memoria;
de tal manera que la primera placa ingerible está acoplada de forma comunicable con una primera placa de sondeo (20) situada en un lado del dispositivo ingerible, y la segunda placa ingerible está acoplada de forma comunicable con una segunda placa de sondeo (30), situada en otro lado del dispositivo ingerible; y
de tal modo que el dispositivo ingerible (10) se ha configurado para:
ser activado energéticamente al recibir energía transferida desde la primera (20) y segunda (30) placas de sondeo a la primera (14) y segunda (16) placas ingeribles correspondientes durante un primer tiempo, cuando una fuente de energía de las primera y segunda placas de sondeo está activa; y
transmitir información asociada con el dispositivo ingerible (10) a través de la transferencia de energía desde el dispositivo ingerible a la primera (20) y segunda (30) placas de sondeo durante un segundo tiempo, cuando la fuente de energía de la primera (20) y segunda (30) placas de sondeo está inactiva.
2. - El dispositivo ingerible de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, en el cual las primera y segunda placas ingeribles están acopladas de forma comunicable con la unidad de control y la unidad de memoria.
3. - El dispositivo ingerible de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, en el cual cada una de las primera y segunda placas ingeribles puede estar hecha de una tinta conductora.
4. - Una píldora o una tableta que comprende un dispositivo ingerible de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes.
5. - La píldora o tableta de acuerdo con la reivindicación 4, que comprende adicionalmente una región de material conductor.
6. - La píldora o tableta de acuerdo con la reivindicación 5, en la cual la región de material conductor comprende una mezcla de partículas del material conductor y al menos otro material.
7. - La píldora o tableta de acuerdo con la reivindicación 6, en la cual el al menos otro material se selecciona de entre un grupo consistente esencialmente en al menos un material farmacéutico, el menos un excipiente o al menos un material de placebo.
8. - Un sistema para efectuar un seguimiento de un producto de origen a destino, de tal manera que el sistema comprende:
una sonda, que comprende:
una fuente de energía;
un procesador, acoplado a la fuente de energía para recibir y enviar información; y
una primera placa de sondeo y una segunda placa de sondeo, acopladas al procesador,
de tal modo que la fuente de energía es controlada por el procesador para producir una salida en las primera y segunda placas; y
un dispositivo ingerible de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes 1-3.
9. - El sistema de acuerdo con la reivindicación 8, en el que las primera y segunda placas de sondeo están dispuestas opuestamente para definir un espacio libre o distancia de separación tal, que el dispositivo ingerible se pone en comunicación con la sonda cuando el dispositivo ingerible se coloca entre la primera placa y la segunda placa, dentro del espacio libre definido, o en el cual las primera y segunda placas de sondeo se encuentran situadas en el mismo plano y colocadas lado con lado, de tal manera que el dispositivo ingerible se pone en comunicación con la sonda cuando el dispositivo ingerible es acercado a la sonda.
10. - El sistema de acuerdo con la reivindicación 8 o la reivindicación 9, que cumple uno o más de los siguientes:
• en el cual la sonda comprende, adicionalmente, un tubo que tiene las primera y segunda placas de sondeo contenidas dentro de él,
• en el cual las primera y segunda placas ingeribles están acopladas de forma comunicable con la unidad de control.
11. - El sistema de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 8-10, que comprende adicionalmente un dispositivo externo, de tal manera que el dispositivo ingerible se ha configurado para comunicarse con el dispositivo externo.
12. - El uso de un sistema de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 8-11 para efectuar un seguimiento de un producto farmacéutico y/o para detectar un producto farmacéutico falsificado.
