Abstract

Olla para la cocción bajo presión de vapor, que consiste esencialmente en un cuerpo de olla y una unidad de tapa que cierra el cuerpo de olla herméticamente a la presión mediante elementos de cierre anulares, presentando el cuerpo de olla un borde circundante, liso y vuelto hacia fuera, continuo y ventajosamente circular en planta, presentando la unidad de tapa una tapa inferior y al menos un elemento de cierre que en la posición de cierre forma una tapa superior esencialmente cerrada, siendo este elemento de cierre desplazable respecto a la tapa inferior y al cuerpo de olla en un plano paralelo al plano del borde de este cuerpo, así como una sección de borde superior para aferrar una porción de borde externa de la tapa inferior y al menos un reborde inferior que se extiende sobre la mitad de su contorno externo, necesario para el aferramiento por debajo del borde de la olla en la posición de cierre, caracterizada por el hecho de que la tapa superior presenta dos semitapas, porque cada semitapa esté montada giratoria alrededor de un eje de giro esencialmente paralelo al eje central geométrico vertical de la olla, respecto a la tapa inferior y a la tapa superior, y porque los ejes de giro se encuentran en una pieza giratoria montada rotativa centralmente sobre la tapa inferior, excéntricamente al eje central de la olla y diametralmente opuestos respecto a este eje.
