Cafetera para café y similares de consumo energética reducido, caracterizada porque comprende una caldera (4), conectada a la alimentación (5) y dotada de medios de calentamiento (10). así como de distribución (2) y (3), para la realización de la infusión y para el suministro de agua caliente y/o vapor y dotados, cada uno, de medios de calentamiento (23) y (24) del agua procedente de un intercambiador de calor (20) sumergido en la citada caldera (4), pudiéndose accionar independientemente entre sí dichos medios de viva calentamiento de la caldera (10) y los medios de calentamiento autónomo (23) y (24) de los citados grupos (2) y el (3) de distribución, habiéndose previsto además medios para la extracción de la agua caliente y/o de vapor de la citada caldera (4).
