Abstract

1. Pulverizador centrífugo del tipo que comprende un disco que gira a gran velocidad, sobre el que es depositado un líquido de tratamiento, a fin de que las gotas adquieran una velocidad de salida importante, a fin de que se dividan en gotitas muy finas por contacto con el aire ambiente, caracterizado porque el disco está asociado a una arandela, cuya distancia a dicho disco decrece en dirección centrífuga, a fin de determinar entre sus aristas periféricas enfrentadas, una abertura cuyo espesor determina el diámetro máximo deseado de las gotas proyectadas fuera de este disco, mientras que el conjunto disco-arandela constituye una bomba centrífuga. 2. Pulverizador según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el disco previsti de perfil hiperbólico, está asociado a una arandela anular de forma semejante pero de pendiente menos acentuada, a fin de originar con el disco un espacio cuyo espesor decrece en dirección centrífuga, siendo introducidas las gotas del líquido de tratamiento en el paso existente entre el cubo del disco y el agujero central de la arandela. 3. Pulverizador según la reivindicación 2, caracterizado porque la parte cóncava activa del disco lleva gorrones axiales, respecto al extremo de los cuales la arandela está sujeta. 4. Pulverizador centrífugo según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la arandela es realizada bajo la forma de una brida plana, situada bajo el disco, llevando éste una serie de agujeros, a través de los cuales pasan las gotas de líquido de tratamiento, antes de penetrar en el espacio comprendido entre el disco y la brida. 5. Pulverizador centrífugo según la reivindicación 4, caracterizado porque la brida está ajustada a presión respecto al cubo del disco. 6. Pulverizador centrífugo según la reivindicación 5, caracterizado porque el diámetro de la brida es mayor que el del disco. 7. Pulverizador centrífugo.
