Abstract
A process for the preparation of substituted N-aminoalcohil-benzamidas, characterized by the reaction of an amine of general formula **(See formula)** (where R3 and R4 are a hydrogen atom or an alcohol group, R5 and R6 designate an acyl group moiety from which the terminal carbonyl has been removed, W is an alcohol group, Y is an anionic atomic group isolated from a acylating agent), with an acylating agent to introduce an acyl group represented by the general formula: **(See formula)** (where R1 is a hydrogen atom an alcohol group, R3 is an amino group or a group convertible to an amino group, X is a hydrogen or halogen atom), to obtain a substituted N-aminoalcohil-benzamide, represented by the general formula **(See formula)** wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, W, and X have the same definitions as above, and by the eventual hydrolysis of the resulting product to obtain a substituted N-aminoalcohyl-benzamide represented in the above formula, wherein R2 is amino, and R1, R3, R4, W, and X are as defined above.
