Abstract
Un procedimiento para la preparación de una nueva composición edulcorante, caracterizado por hacer reaccionar un derivado de sucrosa que tiene grupos hidroxi libres en los centros que han de ser clorados, y que tiene grupos de bloque, es decir, grupos éster, en otras posiciones, con un agente clorante, es decir, grupos éster, en otras posiciones, con un agente clorante, es decir, cloruro de sulfurilo, para obtener una clorosucrosa de fórmula general (I).
