Abstract

Un procedimiento para la producción de un hilo filamentoso continuo, fusionado, de torsión falsa, con las características de rizado de los hilos de torsión dura, cuyo procedimiento consiste en: a. hacer avanzar un hilo filamentoso continuo de poliéster, como hilo de alimentación, con un índice de birrefrigencia de 0,03-0,10 y un alargamiento a la ruptura del 70-200%, a una zona de estirado y torsión falsa simultáneos, constituida por un sistema de alimentación, un calentador, un dispositivo de torsión falsa y un sistema estirador, consecutivamente; b. someter a torsión falsa dicho hilo, con un número de vueltas por metro expresado por **(Fórmula)*, donde alfa es un coeficiente de torsión de 15-28 y De significa el denier del hilo que ha pasado por el dispositivo de torsión falsa; c. calentar el hilo retorcido a una temperatura de 225-255ºC y simultáneamente estirar el hilo a una relación de estiraje de R1x R0, donde R1 es un coeficiente de estiraje de 0,7-0,95 y R0 es una relación de estiraje aparente para comunicar al hilo estirado una relación un alargamiento a la ruptura del 30% cuando el hilo de alimentación se estira a dicha relación de estiraje (R0); d. destorcer el hilo termofijado y estirado y posteriormente retirar el hilo resultante. e.
