CONSTITUTION: A nylon filament having 5-30 total fineness and 1-3 number of filaments in the twist direction opposite that of twisting is fed to a false twisting zone with <=10,000 twist multiplier to reduce the fluctuation and dispersion between spindles of the number of false twists and stabilize the number of the false twists. Thereby, a nylon torque textured yarn for stockings is obtained in high yield.
