Abstract

Procedimiento para el enriquecimiento de la proteína PP5 específica de la placenta, caracterizado porque se pone en contacto una solución de proteína que contiene PP5, a un valor de pH comprendido entre 4 y 9, con un anticuerpo contra la PP5,unido a un vehículo insoluble, el vehículo que contiene unida la PP5, se separa de la fase líquida y, para eliminar por disolución la PP5, se trata con un medio acuoso con un valor de pH de 2 a 4, o con una solución de una sustancia que disocia enlaces proteínicos, a un valor de pH de 4 a 9
