Abstract
Procedimiento de obtención del ácido 2-fosfonoxibenzoico y sales del mismo, cuyo ácido responde a la fórmula, que consiste esencialmente en tratar en una sola etapa el ácido 2-hidroxibenzoico con pentacloruro de fósforo, para obtener un tricloruro de ácido intermedio que se hidroliza con agua, seguido por precipitación del producto de reacción con un disolvente orgánico.
