Abstract
Un procedimiento para la obtención de silano en un recipiente de reacción que comprende (i) una cámara cerrada simple, (ii) un tubo hueco abierto por ambos extremos y que tiene un eje teórico que corre de un extremo al otro, eje que es aproximadamente paralelo al eje vertical teórico de la cámara, estando dispuesto dicho tubo en la porción inferior de la cámara; y (iii) medios para hacer circular un líquido en la porción inferior de la cámara de tal manera que el líquido fluya en una dirección descendente a través del tubo y en una dirección ascendente fuera del tubo.
