Abstract

Un dispositivo para determinar diferencias de absorción locales en un objeto por medio de un haz de rayos X de exploración y un detector de rayos X, caracterizado porque el manantial de rayos X comprende una placa de blanco de ánodo que en al menos una dirección es tan ancha como el objeto que ha de ser examinado en esa dirección, y un dispositivo para desviación de haz de electrones con el fin de desplazar una traza de blanco de electrones a través de la placa de ánodo con el fin de generar un haz de rayos X que explore el objeto que ha de ser examinado.
