Abstract

Aparato impresor para escribir datos en respuesta a datos de entrada que comprenden datos de caracteres y datos de control en la forma de grupos de datos de igual tamaño que aparecen sucesivamente, caracterizado por unos primeros medios de control para tratar o elaborar dichos datos de caracteres de entrada como respuesta a dichos datos de control, primeros medos de control susceptibles de funcionar para traducir cada grupo de datos de caracteres en datos de posición que especifican la posición del carácter en la página que ha de ser impresa, en datos de tamaño que definen el tamaño del carácter gráfico definido por los datos de caracteres, y en datos de dirección que definen la posición en almacenamiento de los datos codificados gráficos que definen el carácter representado por los grupos de datos de caracteres; medios de memoria tampón de tira para reunir los datos gráficos para una parte de la página que ha de ser impresa.
