Abstract
Un procedimiento para la preparación de un péptido de la fórmula general I X-Arg-Val-Tir-Ile-His-Pro-Y (I) donde X es un radical derivado de un ácido alfa-hidroxicarboxílico alifático, e Y es un radical derivado de un ácido alfa-aminocarboxílico alifático y sales de adición de ácido y complejos de aquél, que comprende hacer reaccionar un derivado de heptapéptico reactivo de la fórmula general II H-Arg(A)-Val-Tir(B)-Ile-His(E)-Pro-Y-OG (II) donde A representa un grupo adecuado para una protección temporal del grupo guanidino de Arg, B representa un grupo adecuado para una protección temporal del grupo hidroxilo aromático de Tir, E es un grupo adecuado para una protección temporal del grupo imidazol de His, y G representa un grupo adecuado para la protección del grupo carboxilo del aminoácido alifático terminal C, el cual grupo protector es estable en condiciones ácidas suaves pero puede escindirse por medio de ácidos o bases fuertes o por hidrogenación catalítica.
