Abstract

Procedimiento para preparar partículas conteniendo enzimas que no forman o prácticamente no forman polvo cuando se aplica a las mismas una presión mecánica externa, caracterizado porque comprende mezclar homogéneamente una cantidad de un enzima en forma seca o sustancialmente seca para dar la actividad enzimática deseada en las partículas una vez formadas; con 20 a 60% aproximadamente de un agente cohesivo orgánico hidrófilo, compatible con el enzima; con 10 a 60% aproximadamente de un agente de carga adecuado para usarse en composiciones enzimáticas; y con una pequeña cantidad de agua, si es necesario, suficiente para dar un contenido en humedad en las partículas, una vez formadas, de 5 a 15%; dividir la mezcla obtenida mecánicamente en partículas del tamaño deseado; y revestir las partículas al objeto de evitar la pérdida de humedad.
