Abstract
Procedimiento de fabricación de productos a base de sulfato de calcio, del tipo que comprende la adición de agua y de una resina urea-formol o melamina-formol a un polvo de base de sulfato de calcio, caracterizado porque el polvo de partida está constituido por sulfato de calcio parcialmente hidratado (yeso solo o con mineral de yeso o anhidrita con mineral de yeso), y porque el porcentaje de la resina, contado en peso de extractos secos de ésta con respecto al peso de los extractos secos del polvo al cual es adicionada, está comprendido entre 1 y 5%, porque se conforma la mezcla polvo-resina-agua por un proceso, tal como el de extrusión, que utiliza una ligera compresión, y porque se lleva a una temperatura comprendida entre 105 y 120ºC el producto así conformado.
