Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención de derivados del ácido 13-tiaprostánico de fórmula general I **(Fórmula)** donde A significa -CO- o CHOH-, B significa -CH2CH2 o -CH=CH-, O significa 1,4-fenilo ó 1,4-naftileno, R1 significa H u OH, R2 significa H o CH3, R3 significa alquilo con 1-8 átomos de carbono o alquilo sustituido por Ar con 1-8 átomos de carbono, Ar representa fenilo, fenilo sustituido por CH3, F, Cl, Br, OH, OCH3 o CF3;: fenoxi o fenoxi sustituido por CH3, F, Cl, Br, OH, OCH3 ó CF3 y R4 significa NH2, CH3, fenilo, p-acetilaminofenilo, p-benzoilaminofenilo o fenilamino.
