Abstract
Un anticonceptivo del tipo mecánico o de barrera destinado a ser introducido en una cúpula vaginal, comprendiendo dicho anticonceptivo: (a) un primer miembro dotado de unas porciones anterior y posterior opuestas, para su aplicación de modo retirable y elástico, a las respectivas partes anterior y posterior de la cúpula vaginal y (b) un segundo miembro, acoplado a dicho primer miembro sustancialmente en la citada porción posterior, de tal modo que, al ser introducido dicho anticonceptivo en la cúpula vaginal con dicho segundo miembro y el cuello del útero y las citadas porciones posterior y anterior de dicho primer miembro respectivamente aplicadas a las partes posterior y anterior de la cúpula vaginal, dicho segundo miembro puede dejarse en posición tal que cierra la puerta cervical, o abertura del cuello del útero.
