Abstract

Procedimiento para cortar, por el largo, parrillas de reja, en sectores de cualquier largo deseado, utilizando una cizalla introducible en el plano de la parrilla con hojas de cizalla a modo de peine, móviles recíprocamente, caracterizado porque primero se determina, mediante un calculador, solicitado en dependencia de la posición relativa de las varillas transversales de la parrilla de reja respecto al plano de corte de la cizalla y de la división de varillas transversales, si en la distancia correspondiente a la longitud nominal del sector de parrilla deseado respecto al respectivo canto de corte de la parrilla de reja, existe un intersticio entre varillas transversales que haga posible la introducción de las hojas de cizalla en las mallas de la parrilla de reja y, en caso afirmativo, por el calculador, después de movimiento relativo del plano de corte de cizalla respecto a la parrilla de reja, por la longitud nominal del deseado sector de parrilla, se dispara un corte de cizalla y, en caso negativo, por el contrario, por el calculador se ocasiona un movimiento relativo, que comprende preferentemente sólo una fracción de un anchura de malla de la parrilla de reja, del plano de corte de cizalla respecto a la parrilla de reja y la segregación de un corto sector de desperdicio desde la parrilla de reja, estableciéndose la longitud de este sector residual por el calculador de tal modo que, a la distancia del nuevo canto de corte, correspondiente a la longitud nominal del deseado sector de corte, vaya a situarse un intersticio entre varillas transversales, después de lo cual desde el calculador, después de movimiento relativo del plano de corte de cizalla, respecto a la parrilla de reja, se dispara un corte de cizalla por la longitud nominal del deseado sector de parrilla.
