Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de un derivado de tiadiazol. El procedimiento de la invención puede efectuarse empleando un exceso de metilamina, preferentemente en presencia de un diluyente o un disolvente tal como agua, metanol o etanol o una mezcla de cualquiera de dos de ellos. Un procedimiento preferido emplea una solución al 33% p/v de metilamina en etanol o una solución al 40% p/p de metilamina en agua. Alternativamente puede hacerse pasar una corriente de metilamina gaseosa a través de la suspensión agitada del compuesto de fórmula II en etanol. R1 es preferentemente un radical alcoxi o alquiltio, por ejemplo, un radical metoxi, etoxi o metilito. El radical metoxi es particularmente preferido.
